Abstract
Description
本発明は、センサ・アセンブリに関するものであり、特に、ネットワーク又は計測機器にセンサを結合するためのセンサアダプタ回路収容体及び、これらの温度センサ・アセンブリ及び収容体の製造方法に関するものである。

Claims (25)
- センサ信号を受信し、受信したセンサ信号に応じてセンサ特性を生成するために構成された回路基板と、
本体と、本体の内部表面で定義され回路基板を受け入れるために適応した空洞とを含み、回路基板が空洞内に置かれていることを特徴とする収容体と、
センサからのセンサ信号を受信するように構成された入力線と、
単体構造物を有し、単体構造物の第一の終端は入力線の終端に直接結合され、単体構造物の第二の終端は空洞内に納められ、回路基板に直接結合されて、回路基板との第一の電気的接続をなすコネクタから成るセンサアダプタ回路収容体アセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
コネクタの単体構造物は、単体構造物の第一の終端と第二の終端との間には、湾曲部を含み、単体構造物の第一の終端と第二の終端との間に、湿分の通路を増やしたことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項2記載のアセンブリにおいて、
コネクタの単体構造物の湾曲部は、第一の終端と第二の終端との間に、1つあるいはそれ以上の数の曲線を有する、全体的に平坦な金属棒を含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項2記載のアセンブリにおいて、
コネクタの単体構造物の、第一の終端と湾曲部と、入力線の終端は、全体的に収容体本体の部分により密封され、コネクタの単一構造物の第二の終端は、コネクタの単一構造物の第一の終端に対して約90度の角度に位置することを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
コネクタの単体構造物の第二の終端は、回路基板により定義された穴を通して置かれたことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
入力線は、導体及び絶縁被覆を含み、コネクタの単体構造物の第一の終端は、入力線の終端の導体に圧縮して結合した圧縮カプラを含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項6記載のアセンブリにおいて、
入力線は、撚線導体を含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
入力線の終端と、単体構造物の第一の終端は、全体的に収容体の部分内に密封されていることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、さらに、空洞を閉じ全体的に封止するために設けられ、寸法が定められた、空洞の封止材を含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。
- 請求項9記載のアセンブリにおいて、
空洞の封止材は、覆い、注封材、充填材、密封材、絶縁保護被覆のうち少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項9記載のアセンブリにおいて、
空洞の封止材は、樹脂、接着剤、シリコン、エポキシ、ウレタンからなるグループから選択された注封材を含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、さらに、外部の係合コネクタに接続するように構成された出力コネクタを含む出力を有し、
出力コネクタは、単体構造物と、単体構造物本体の外部に引き出された第一の終端とを有し、出力コネクタの第一の終端は、外部の係合コネクタの係合部に直接結合するように構成され、
出力コネクタは、空洞内に置かれ、回路基板に直接結合した第二の終端を有し、出力コネクタの第二の終端は、電気回路への第二の電気接続をなしていることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項12記載のアセンブリにおいて、
出力コネクタは、出力コネクタの第一の終端と第二の終端との間で全体的に直角の曲げを有する、固形ピンであることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項13記載のアセンブリにおいて、
出力コネクタピンの第二の終端は、回路基板により定義された穴を通して置かれたことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
電気回路は、回路基板の同一面に搭載された複数の電気部品を含み、絶縁保護被覆が、少なくとも電気部品の部分を覆うことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項15記載のアセンブリにおいて、
絶縁保護被覆は、ウレタン、シリコン、パラキシレンからなるグループから選択されることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、回路基板は、幅と長さを定義する辺を有し、対応する収容体本体の内部表面よりも幅と長さが各々小さいものとなるように、回路基板は寸法が決められ、回路基板の辺と収容体本体の背部表面との間に、注封材又は密封材が充填されていることを特徴とするアセンブリ。
- 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
収容体本体は、空洞内の予め定められた位置に回路基板を固定するために寸法が決められた複数の支持部を、空洞内に含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項18記載のアセンブリにおいて、
複数の支持部は、収容体本体の内部表面から予め定められた距離で、回路基板を支持する、複数の支持柱を含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 請求項1記載のアセンブリにおいて、
入力線は第一の入力線であり、
コネクタは第一のコネクタであり、
前記アセンブリは、さらに、
センサと関連付けられ、第一の入力線とともに動作してセンサ信号を受信する、第二の入力線と、単体構造物を有する第二のコネクタとを含み、
第二のコネクタの単体構造物の第一の終端は、第二の入力線の終端に直接結合し、
第二のコネクタの単体構造物の第二の終端は、空洞内に置かれ、回路基板に直接結合し、電気回路への第二の電気接続をなしていることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - センサ信号を受信し、受信したセンサ信号に応じてセンサ特性を生成するように構成された電気回路を有する回路基板と、
収容体本体と、収容体本体の内部表面で定義された空洞とを有し、回路基板が空洞内に置かれた収容体と、
第一のセンサからのセンサ信号を受信するように構成された第一の入力線と、
第二のセンサからのセンサ信号を受信するように構成された第二の入力線と、
各コネクタが、第一及び第二の入力線の1つの終端に直接結合された第一の終端と、空洞内に納められた第二の終端とを含み、各第二の終端は回路基板に個別に直接結合され、電気回路との電気的接続をなしている複数のコネクタから成ることを特徴とするセンサアダプタ回路収容体アセンブリ。 - 請求項21記載のアセンブリにおいて、各コネクタは、単一構造物と、各コネクタの第一及び第二の終端の間に設けられた湾曲部とを有し、各コネクタの第二の終端は、各コネクタの第一の終端に対して約90度に位置することを特徴とするアセンブリ。
- 請求項21記載のアセンブリにおいて、さらに、空洞を全体的に閉じ密封する注封材を含み、注封材は、樹脂、接着剤、シリコン、エポキシ、ウレタンからなるグループから選択されることを特徴とするアセンブリ。
- 請求項21記載のアセンブリにおいて、収容体本体は、収容体本体の内部表面から予め定められた距離で、回路基板を支持する複数の支持柱を含むことを特徴とするアセンブリ。
- 単体構造物を有するコネクタの第一の終端を、センサからのセンサ信号を受信するように構成された入力線の第一の終端に結合するステップと、
コネクタと、入力線の第一の終端とを、金型の中に配置するステップであって、入力線の第二の終端は金型の外に引き出しておくステップと、
内部表面で定義され、回路基板を受け入れるために適応した空洞を有する収容体本体を一体成形するステップであって、収容体本体が、コネクタの第一の終端と、コネクタの中間部とを密封し、収容体本体の成形品により定義された空洞内に、コネクタの第二の終端が自由に引き回せるようにするステップと、
コネクタの第二の終端を回路基板に直接結合するステップから成るセンサアダプタ回路収容体アセンブリの製造方法。
