Description
Claims (17)
- エレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法であって、
(A)少なくとも1つの細長い引張り部材を、基体上にある第1の被覆層の一方の面に隣接して配置するステップと、
(B)次いで、前記細長い引張り部材が前記第1の被覆層と第2の被覆層の間にあり、前記第2の被覆層で少なくとも部分的に覆われるように、前記第2の被覆層を前記第1の被覆層の少なくとも前記一方の面に隣接して追加するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法。 - ステップ(A)には、前記第1の被覆層を前記引張り部材の周辺で少なくとも部分的に溶融させることが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 溶融させるのに十分な温度まで前記引張り部材を加熱することが含まれることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- ステップ(A)を行う前に、前記引張り部材を加熱することが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- ステップ(B)には、前記第2の被覆層を前記第1の被覆層の一方の面に押し出すことが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- ステップ(B)には、前記第1または第2の被覆層の少なくとも一方を、前記層の少なくとも一方が少なくとも部分的に溶融するのに十分な温度にして、前記第1および第2の層を互いに結合させることが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- ステップ(A)には、予備成形した第1の被覆層を使用して、前記引張り部材を前記第1の被覆層の一方の面で支持することが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- ステップ(A)には、前記予備成形した第1の被覆層を、成形ホイール上で、前記成形ホイールの回転軸から離れる方向を向いた一方の面を用いて支持することが含まれることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 複数の引張り部材を使用することが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 前記引張り部材は鋼製コードからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 前記第1の被覆層はポリマーからなり、前記第2の被覆層はウレタンからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 前記ポリマーにはウレタンが含まれることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 前記第1の被覆層のウレタンは、前記第2の被覆層のウレタンとは異なることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 前記第1の被覆層は第1の摩擦特性を有し、前記第2の被覆層は、第2の異なる摩擦特性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 前記引張り部材が前記第1および第2の被覆層のそれぞれと接触するように、前記第2の被覆層を追加することが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のプロセスによって製造された被覆物で全体的に囲まれた少なくとも1つの引張り部材を有することを特徴とするエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材。
- (A)少なくとも1つの細長い引張り部材を、基体上にある第1の被覆層の一方の面に隣接して配置することと、
(B)次いで、前記細長い引張り部材が、前記第1の被覆層と第2の被覆層の間にあり、かつ前記第2の被覆層で少なくとも部分的に覆われるように、前記第2の被覆層を前記第1の被覆層の少なくとも前記一方の面に隣接して追加することと、
を含むプロセスによって製造された被覆物で全体的に囲まれた少なくとも1つの前記細長い引張り部材を有すること特徴とするエレベータシステム用荷重支持部材。
