Description
Claims (2)
- エンジン(17)と変速機(47)との間に配設されて駆動力の接続・遮断を行うクラッチ(49)と、前記クラッチ(49)を駆動操作するアクチュエータ(85)と、乗員の変速操作を検知する変速操作検知手段(119)とを備えたクラッチ制御装置において、
前記エンジン(17)の回転数を検知するエンジン回転数検知手段(116)と、
前記変速機(47)による一次減速後のエンジン回転数に基づいて車速を検知する車速検知手段と、
前記変速操作検知手段(119)によってシフトダウン方向の変速操作が検知されると前記クラッチ(49)を遮断し、前記変速機(47)の変速動作終了後に前記クラッチ(49)を再接続する際に、エンジン回転数(Ne)と車速(V)との比率(NeV)が所定の目標値に沿うように前記アクチュエータ(85)をフィードバック制御するクラッチ制御部(112)とを具備し、
前記変速操作検知手段(119)によってシフトダウン方向の変速操作が検知されてから、変速機(47)の変速動作が終了し、前記クラッチ(49)が再接続されるまでの期間は、
前記クラッチ(49)の遮断動作の開始時点から、一旦遮断が完了した後に、前記クラッチ(49)がギア段毎に定められた所定の速度で接続方向に駆動されて半クラッチ状態となるまでの第1の期間と、
前記フィードバック制御によって半クラッチ状態が保たれる第2の期間と、
前記半クラッチ状態から前記クラッチ(49)をギア段毎に定められた所定の速度で接続方向に駆動し始める時点から、前記クラッチ(49)の再接続が終了するまでの第3の期間とから構成されており、
前記第2の期間は、エンジン回転数(Ne)と車速(V)との比率(NeV)が、所定の第1比率(NeV(S))に到達したことによって開始されると共に、前記所定の第1比率(NeV(S))より高い所定の第2比率(NeV(E))に到達したことによって終了することを特徴とするクラッチ制御装置。 - 前記所定の目標値は、エンジン回転数(Ne)と車速(V)との比率(NeV)の時間経過に伴う変動状態を示すクラッチ接続制御マップによって定められ、
前記クラッチ接続制御マップが、シフトダウン方向の目標変速段毎に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクラッチ制御装置。
