Claims (22)
- 血液サンプルと対照溶液サンプルとを判別する方法であって、当該方法が、
(a)(i)相互に離間して配設された2つの電極と(ii)試薬とを備えた電気化学的セルにサンプルを導入するステップと、
(b)第1の極性を有する第1試験電位を前記電極間に印加し、第1過渡電流を測定するステップと、
(c)第1の極性を有する第2試験電位を前記電極間に印加し、第2過渡電流を測定するステップと、
(d)第2の極性を有する第3試験電位を前記電極間に印加し、第3過渡電流を測定するステップと、
(e)前記第1過渡電流に基づいて、前記サンプル中のレドックス種量に関する第1基準値を算出するステップと、
(f)前記第2過渡電流及び前記第3過渡電流に基づいて、反応キネティクスに関する第2基準値を算出するステップと、
(g)前記第1基準値及び前記第2基準値に基づいて、前記サンプルが対照溶液であるか血液サンプルであるかを判断するステップを含んでなる方法。 - 前記第1基準値が前記サンプル中の干渉物質の濃度と比例する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1基準値が、前記第1過渡電流からの少なくとも一つの電流値に基づいて算出した干渉物質指数である、請求項1又は2記載の方法。

- 前記判別基準が、実験により導出された判別線を含む、請求項14又は15記載のシステム。
- 更に、レドックス種をほとんど含有しない対照溶液を含む、請求項14から16のいずれか記載のシステム。
- 血液サンプルと対照溶液サンプルとを判別する試験用計器にプログラムする判別基準を算出する方法であって、当該方法が、
(a)複数の溶液サンプルに関し、前記溶液サンプル中の干渉物質の濃度に依存する干渉物質指数と、前記溶液サンプル中の残余基質の割合に依存する反応残余指数とを算出するステップと、
(b)前記複数の溶液サンプルに関する前記干渉物質指数と前記反応残余指数の回帰に基づいて判別基準を算出するステップを含んでなる方法。 - 前記判別基準が判別線である、請求項18記載の方法。
- 前記方法が更に、複数の血液サンプルに関する干渉物質指数と反応残余指数をグラフ化し、前記判別線を前記複数の血液サンプルの方向にシフトするステップを含む、請求項19記載の方法。
- 血液サンプルと対照サンプルとを判別する方法であって、当該方法が、
(a)(i)相互に離間して配設された2つの電極と(ii)試薬とを備えた電気化学的セルにサンプルを導入するステップと、
(b)第1の極性を有する第1試験電位を前記電極間に印加し、セル電流を測定するステップと、
(c)前記第1試験電位印加時に測定した少なくとも二つの電流値を合計し、干渉物質指数を生成するステップと、
(d)前記干渉物質指数を用いて、血液サンプルと対照溶液サンプルとを判別するステップとを含んでなる方法。 - 前記第1電位が、1mV乃至100mVの範囲である、請求項21記載の方法。
