Claims (19)
- 血液サンプルと血液を含まない水溶性サンプルとを判別する方法であって、
(a)サンプルが電気化学的セルに導入される場合、第1の電極と第2の電極との間に第1の試験電位を印加し、第1の過渡電流を測定する工程と、
(b)第1の電極と第2の電極との間に、還元された媒介物質を前記第2の電極において酸化するのに十分である第2の試験電位を印加し、第2の過渡電流を測定する工程と、
(c)第1の電極と第2の電極との間に、還元された媒介物質を前記第1の電極において酸化するのに十分である第3の試験電位を印加し、第3の過渡電流を測定する工程と、
(d)前記第1の過渡電流に基づいて、第1の基準値を算出する工程と、
(e)前記第2および前記第3の過渡電流に基づいて、第2の基準値を算出する工程と、
(f)前記第1および前記第2の基準値に基づいて、前記サンプルが血液サンプルであるか血液を含まない水溶性サンプルであるかどうかを決定する工程と
を含み、

- 前記第2の基準値は前記第2の電流値および前記第3の電流値の比に基づく、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 検体の濃度を測定する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記サンプルが血液を含まない水溶性サンプルであると判明した場合、前記血液を含まない水溶性サンプルに関連される検体濃度がフラグ指示される、請求項8に記載の方法。

前記サンプルが血液を含まない水溶性サンプルであるか血液サンプルであるかどうかを判断するために、前記第2の基準値と前記所定の閾値とを比較する工程と
をさらに含む、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記所定の閾値の数式は前記第1の基準値の関数である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記血液を含まない水溶性サンプルは対照溶液である、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 血液サンプルと血液を含まない水溶性サンプルとを判別するシステムであって、
(a)試験用計器と接続する電気的接点と、(i)相互に離間して配設された第1の電極および第2の電極と(ii)試薬とを備える電気化学的セルとを含む試験片と、
(b)前記試験片から電流データを受信するとともに血液と対照サンプルとを判別可能な計算を実行するように構成され、且つデータの分類および/またはデータの保存をするように構成されたプロセッサと、抗酸化物質濃度および反応速度に基づいて、血液を含まない水溶性サンプルから血液サンプルを判別するための判別基準とを含むデータ保存部とを含む試験用計器と
を備え、
前記プロセッサは、
(ア)第1の電極と第2の電極との間に第1の試験電位を印加し、第1の過渡電流を測定する手段と、
(イ)第1の電極と第2の電極との間に、還元された媒介物質を前記第2の電極において酸化するのに十分である第2の試験電位を印加し、第2の過渡電流を測定する手段と、
(ウ)第1の電極と第2の電極との間に、還元された媒介物質を前記第1の電極において酸化するのに十分である第3の試験電位を印加し、第3の過渡電流を測定する手段と、
(エ)前記第1の過渡電流に基づいて、第1の基準値を算出する手段と、
(オ)前記第2および前記第3の過渡電流に基づいて、第2の基準値を算出する手段と、
(カ)前記第1および前記第2の基準値に基づいて、前記サンプルが血液サンプルであるか血液を含まない水溶性サンプルであるかどうかを決定する手段と
を有し、
前記第1の基準値は前記第1の過渡電流間に測定された電流値の合計に基づいて算出され、
前記合計は、
- 前記判別基準が、抗酸化物質濃度を表す干渉物質指数および反応速度を表す反応残留指数から導き出される、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記判別基準は、実験により導き出された判別線を含む、請求項14又は15に記載のシステム。
- 前記血液を含まない水溶性サンプルは対照溶液である、請求項14から16のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 血液サンプルと血液を含まない水溶性サンプルとを判別する方法であって、
(a)(i)相互に離間して配設された2つの電極と(ii)試薬とを備える電気化学的セルにサンプルを導入する工程と、
(b)第1の極性を有する第1の試験電位を前記電極間に印加して、第1の過渡電流を測定する工程と、
(c)前記第1の極性を有する第2の試験電位を前記電極間に印加し、第2の過渡電流を測定する工程と、
(d)第2の極性を有する第3の試験電位を前記電極間に印加し、第3の過渡電流を測定する工程と、
(e)前記第1の過渡電流間に測定された電流値の合計に基づいて干渉物質指数を生成する工程と、
(f)前記第2および前記第3の過渡電流に基づいて、反応残留係数を算出する工程と、
(g)前記干渉物質指数及び前記反応残留係数を用いて、血液サンプルと血液を含まない水溶性サンプルとを判別する工程と
を含み、
前記合計は、
- 前記血液を含まない水溶性サンプルは対照溶液である、請求項18に記載の方法。
