該加熱手段は、該第一の送給手段及び該第二の送給手段における第一の原料液体及び第二の原料液体が流動せしめられる流路を囲繞する加熱液体循環路、該第一の収容タンク及び該第二の収容タンクを囲繞する加熱液体循環路、並びに該第一の送給手段及び該第二の送給手段における第一の原料液体及び第二の原料液体が流動せしめられる流路を囲繞する該加熱液体循環路及び該第一の収容タンク及び該第二の収容タンクを囲繞する該加熱液体循環路を順次に通して加熱液体を循環せしめる加熱液体循環手段を含む、
ことを特徴とするライナー素材供給装置が提供される。

Claims (3)
- 第一の原料液体を収容する第一の収容タンクと、第二の原料液体を収容する第二の収容タンクと、第一の原料液体と第二の原料液体を混合するための混合手段と、該第一の収容タンク内の第一の原料液体を該混合手段に供給するための第一の送給手段と、該第二の収容タンク内の該第二の原料液体を該混合手段に供給するための第二の送給手段と、該混合手段によって混合された第一の原料液体と第二の原料液体を吐き出すための吐き出し手段とを具備する、第一の原料液体と第二の原料液体とを混合してライナー素材として容器蓋シェルに供給するためのライナー素材供給装置において、
該第一の収容タンクから該第一の送給手段を通して該混合手段に送給される第一の原料液体及び該第二の収容タンクから該第二の送給手段を通して該混合手段に送給される第二の原料液体の温度を所定温度にせしめると共に、該第一の収容タンク及び該第二の収容タンクに収容されている第一の原料液体及び第二の原料液体の温度を所定温度にせしめるための加熱手段が付設されており、
該加熱手段は、該第一の送給手段及び該第二の送給手段における第一の原料液体及び第二の原料液体が流動せしめられる流路を囲繞する加熱液体循環路、該第一の収容タンク及び該第二の収容タンクを囲繞する加熱液体循環路、並びに該第一の送給手段及び該第二の送給手段における第一の原料液体及び第二の原料液体が流動せしめられる流路を囲繞する該加熱液体循環路及び該第一の収容タンク及び該第二の収容タンクを囲繞する該加熱液体循環路を順次に通して加熱液体を循環せしめる加熱液体循環手段を含む、
ことを特徴とするライナー素材供給装置。 - 更に、第一の原料液体を収容する第一の親タンクと、第二の原料液体を収容する第二の親タンクと、該第一の親タンクに収容されている該第一の原料液体を該第一の収容タンクに供給するための第一の供給手段と、該第二の親タンクに収容されている該第二の原料液体を該第二の収容タンクに供給するための第二の供給手段とを具備し、
該加熱手段は、更に、該第一の親タンク及び該第二の親タンクを囲繞する加熱流体循環路を含み、
該加熱手段の該加熱液体循環手段は、該第一の送給手段及び該第二の送給手段における第一の原料液体及び第二の原料液体が流動せしめられる流路を囲繞する該加熱液体循環路、該第一の収容タンク及び該第二の収容タンクを囲繞する該加熱液体循環路並びに該第一の親タンク及び該第二の親タンクを囲繞する加熱流体循環路を順次に通して加熱液体を循環せしめる、
請求項1記載のライナー素材供給装置。 - 該加熱液体は温水である、請求項1又は2記載のライナー素材供給装置。
