Claims (8)
- 塑性変形加工が施されることに伴って加工熱を帯びた鋼材を、加工熱が残留している時点で加熱してAc1〜Ac3点間の温度に保持する第1工程と、
加熱保持された前記鋼材を、パーライトの析出が終了する温度となるまで5〜45℃/分の冷却速度で冷却する第2工程と、
を有し、
前記第1工程における保持時間を10分以内とすることを特徴とする鋼材の熱処理方法。 - 請求項1記載の熱処理方法において、前記第2工程を鋼材が600〜680℃となるまで行うことを特徴とする鋼材の熱処理方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の熱処理方法において、前記第2工程の冷却速度を5〜10℃/分とすることを特徴とする鋼材の熱処理方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱処理方法において、前記鋼材をAc1点以上の温度に加熱して前記塑性変形加工を行い、且つ前記第1工程で前記鋼材の温度がAr1点以下〜500℃以上の範囲内である時点で該鋼材の加熱を開始することを特徴とする鋼材の熱処理方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱処理方法において、前記鋼材をAc1点未満の温度に加熱して前記塑性変形加工を行い、且つ前記第1工程で前記鋼材の温度が500℃以上である時点で該鋼材の加熱を開始することを特徴とする鋼材の熱処理方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱処理方法において、前記第1工程でのAc1〜Ac3点間の温度に到達するまでの昇温速度を15〜50℃/分とすることを特徴とする鋼材の熱処理方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の熱処理方法において、前記鋼材が、少なくとも、質量%で0.1〜0.55%のC、0.03〜0.35%のSi、0.2〜1.0%のMn、0.03%以下のP、0.03%以下のS、0.03〜0.15%のCu、0.01〜0.15%のNi、0.1〜1.2%のCr、0.45%以下のMoを含有するものであることを特徴とする鋼材の熱処理方法。
- 請求項7記載の熱処理方法において、前記鋼材が、炭素鋼、ボロン鋼、クロム鋼、ニッケルクロム鋼、ニッケルクロムモリブデン鋼、マンガン鋼、又はクロムマンガン鋼であることを特徴とする鋼材の熱処理方法。
