Claims (7)
- 底板から立設した一対の加締め片に該一対の加締め片の前記底板から離れた側の端部同士が近づく方向に湾曲した湾曲部が形成された端子金具の前記加締め片を前記底板に向かって曲げて電線の端末で露出した編組導体周りを加締める端子圧着装置において、
表面上に前記端子金具が位置付けられる第1の型と、
前記第1の型と相対し、かつ第1の型に接離自在に設けられているとともに、前記電線の端末で露出した編組導体周りを前記一対の加締め片間に圧入した後に前記第1の型に近づいて、前記加締め片を加締める第2の型と、
前記第1の型と前記第2の型との間であって、前記第1の型に位置付けられた前記端子金具から間隔をあけた位置に前記電線を搬送する電線搬送装置と、
前記第1の型と相対し、かつ第1の型に接離自在に設けられているとともに、前記電線搬送装置により前記電線が前記端子金具から間隔をあけた位置に搬送された後、かつ、前記電線の端末で露出した編組導体周りを前記一対の加締め片間に圧入する前に第1の型に近づいて、前記電線を前記底板に向かって押圧して前記電線の端末で露出した編組導体周りを前記一対の加締め片間に圧入する第3の型と、を備えたことを特徴とする端子圧着装置。 - 前記第3の型は、前記第1の型と前記第2の型とが互いに接離する方向に沿ってスライド自在に設けられ、かつ付勢手段によって前記第1の型に向かって付勢されているとともに、前記第1の型から離れた状態で前記第2の型よりも前記第1の型に向かって突出していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の端子圧着装置。
- 前記第2の型と前記第3の型とを一体に前記第1の型に接離させる駆動源を備え、
前記駆動源が、サーボモータであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の端子圧着装置。 - 前記第1の型と前記第2の型とが互いに接離する方向に沿ってスライド自在に設けられ、かつ付勢手段によって前記第1の型に向かって付勢されているとともに、前記第3の型が前記電線を前記加締め片間に圧入する前に前記第1の型に近づいて該第1の型との間に前記端子金具を挟んで、該端子金具を位置決めする位置決め型を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のうちいずれか一項に記載の端子圧着装置。
- 前記第3の型が前記電線を前記一対の加締め片間に圧入したか否かを検出する検出手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のうちいずれか一項に記載の端子圧着装置。
- 前記端子金具は、前記電線が圧接される圧接部を更に備えており、
前記電線を前記圧接部に向かって押圧して、該電線を前記圧接部に圧接する電線圧接部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のうちいずれか一項に記載の端子圧着装置。 - 底板から立設した一対の加締め片に該一対の加締め片の前記底板から離れた側の端部同士が近づく方向に湾曲した湾曲部が形成された端子金具の前記加締め片を、表面上に前記端子金具が位置付けられる第1の型と第2の型とを互いに近づけて、前記底板に向かって曲げて、電線の端末で露出した編組導体周りを加締める端子圧着方法において、
前記第1の型の表面上に前記端子金具を位置付け、電線搬送装置により前記第1の型と前記第2の型との間であって、前記第1の型に位置付けられた前記端子金具から間隔を空けた位置に前記電線を搬送した後、かつ、前記電線の端末で露出した編組導体周りを前記一対の加締め片間に圧入する前に第3の型を前記第1の型に近づけて前記電線を前記底板に向かって押圧して前記電線の端末で露出した編組導体周りを前記一対の加締め片間に圧入してから、前記第1の型と前記第2の型とを互いに近づけて、前記加締め片で前記電線の端末で露出した編組導体周りを加締めることを特徴とする端子圧着方法。
