Description
Claims (15)
- 複合材料を製造する方法であって、
第1および第2の液体を少なくとも1つの出口に供給するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの出口にて前記2つの液体に電界を加え、帯電したこれらの液体の少なくとも1つのジェットを形成するステップと
を具え、前記第1および第2の液体は、前記少なくとも1つのジェットが前記第1および第2の液体の一方によって実質的に形成されるコアを持った繊維を形成するようになっているか、あるいは前記第1および第2の液体の一方によって形成されるコアと、前記第1および第2の液体の他方によって形成されるコーティングとを有する繊維片または粒子に分解するようになっていることを特徴とする方法。 - 空隙または凹面に供給される材料を生成するための請求項1に記載の方法であって、帯電した物質が前記空隙または凹面に到達する前にこれを少なくとも部分的に放電させるステップをさらに具えたことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記空隙または凹面を独立に動かすステップをさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記2つの液体がトロンビンおよび繊維素原を含み、結果としてフィブリンマットまたはウェブが得られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 基板に繊維,繊維片,粒子の何れかを被覆するステップをさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の液体がそれぞれ生物学的活性材料をさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記フィブリンマットまたはウェブがコラーゲンをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4から請求項6の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の液体の少なくとも一方が、タンパク質分解酵素,シトキン,繊維芽細胞成長因子や上皮成長因子や転移成長因子などの成長因子,コラーゲン,繊維素原,抗生物質,防腐剤,殺カビ剤,鎮痛薬,寄生虫駆除剤,殺菌剤,DNAまたはその他の遺伝物質,細胞,ペプチドまたはポリペプチド,インシュリン,アジェバント,免疫抑制剤または免疫刺激剤,表面タンパク質Aなどの表面結合剤または表面認識剤,表面活性剤,ワクチンからなる群から選択される1つ以上の生物学的活性材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の液体の一方がDNA,ペプチドまたはポリペプチド,インシュリン,成長因子からなる群から選択される1つ以上の生物学的活性材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の液体の一方がポリマーまたは樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の液体の一方が生体再吸収可能または生体分解可能な材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の液体の一方が動物のコラーゲンまたは繊維素原を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の液体の一方がポリビニルアルコール,ポリヒドロキシ酪酸,ポリグリコール酸,ポリ乳酸,ニトロセルロース,多糖類の何れかを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の方法。
- DNA,表面活性剤,表面認識タンパク質,脂質などの生物学的活性材料を繊維,小繊維,粒子の何れかに被覆するステップを具えたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記液体として、リポソームが被覆されるDNAまたはリポソームと複合化されたDNAなどの生物学的活性材料を含む繊維片または粒子を形成する液体が選択されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の方法。
