Claims (13)
- 乾燥した素地には付着するが、湿潤した素地には付着しない不織繊維集成体であって、前記不織繊維集成体を構成する各繊維が、接着剤成分、エラストマー成分、及び親水性成分を含有する複合繊維であることを特徴とする、不織繊維集成体。
- 集成体が、医療用包帯の成分を構成するものである、請求項1記載の不織繊維集成体。
- 接着剤成分が、アクリレートのホモポリマー及びコポリマー、シリコーン、ポリビニルピロリドン及びこれらの混合物でなる群から選ばれるものである、請求項1又は2記載の不織繊維集成体。
- エラストマー成分が、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリアンヒドリッド、ポリアミド、ポリイミド及びこれらの混合物及びそのコポリマーでなる群から選ばれるものである、請求項1‐3のいずれか1項記載の不織繊維集成体。
- 親水性成分が、線状ポリ(エチレンイミン)、グラフト化セルロース誘導体、ポリ(エチレンオキシド)、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリプロピレンオキシド、ポリウレタン、ポリ(ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート)及びこれらの混合物及びそのコポリマーでなる群から選ばれるものである、請求項1‐4のいずれか1項記載の不織繊維集成体。
- 集成体の第1の表面における1以上の複合繊維の組成が、集成体の第2の表面における1以上の複合繊維の組成と異なる、請求項1‐5のいずれか1項記載の不織繊維集成体。
- 少なくとも1の複合繊維が、直径約3‐約3000 nmを有するものである、請求項1‐6のいずれか1項記載の不織繊維集成体。
- 請求項1記載の不織繊維集成体を製造する方法であって、該方法は、少なくとも1の繊維形成材料を用意し、前記の少なくとも1の繊維形成材料から少なくとも1の複合繊維を形成することを包含してなり、少なくとも1の繊維形成材料が、接着剤成分、エラストマー成分、及び親水性成分の混合物を含有するものであり、これによって、各々が、接着剤成分、エラストマー成分、及び親水性成分を含有する複合繊維を形成することを特徴とする、不織繊維集成体の製法。
- 1以上の繊維形成材料を溶媒中に存在するものとして用意し、前記溶媒が、アルコール、酢酸エチル、アセトン、及びテトラヒドロフランでなる群から選ばれるものである、請求項8記載の不織繊維集成体の製法。
- 接着剤成分、エラストマー成分、及び親水性成分の相対的な量が経時的に変動し、これによって、包帯の第1の表面における1以上の複合繊維の組成が、包帯の第2の表面における1以上の複合繊維の組成とは異なっている繊維集成体を製造する、請求項8又は9記載の不織繊維集成体の製法。
- 請求項1記載の接着剤成分、エラストマー成分、及び親水性成分を含有する1以上の複合繊維を製造する装置であって、該装置は、1以上のタイプの繊維形成材料を収容するための複数個のリザーバー、それぞれ、独立してリザーバーと連通する複数個のバルブ、及び紡糸口金、ガスジェットによるナノ繊維形成用ノズル、及び電界紡糸装置でなる群から選ばれる、前記バルブと連通する繊維形成装置を包含することを特徴とする、複合繊維製造装置。
- さらに、バルブ及び繊維形成装置に連通する混合チャンバーを具備する、請求項11記載の装置。
- 繊維形成装置が電界紡糸装置であり、さらに、該電界紡糸装置に電気的に導通する電源を具備する、請求項11記載の装置。
