Claims (1)
- 圧電体及び櫛歯体で構成される円形をしたステータと、回転軸に支持されて前記櫛歯体に密接される円形のロータとを備える超音波モータであって、前記ステータとロータとを互いに逆磁極に着磁し、ステータとロータの両者間に生じる軸方向の吸引磁力によってロータをステータに密接させており、前記櫛歯体の周囲領域に配設されてスリットにより円周方向に分離された複数の櫛歯と、当該櫛歯に密接し前記ロータの円周方向に延長される周壁部との互いに密接する各端面を断面がテーパ状をした円錐面で構成し、前記回転軸はその一端部において前記ステータに設けた軸受けにより軸支され、前記回転軸の一端部と前記軸受けの一方は半球部を有し他方に設けた逆円錐面に滑り軸受けされ、前記ロータは前記回転軸にスプライン結合され、当該回転軸に設けられたスプラインは外部機器に噛合する回転出力用の歯車として形成されていることを特徴とする超音波モータ。
