Description
ここで、前記保護層の厚さが30μm以上であり、前記粗面をショットブラスト処理またはエッチング処理により形成するものである。更に、前記タイヤ加硫用金型が建設車両用のタイヤ加硫用金型であり、前記粗面の算術平均粗さRaが50〜220μmである。
図1は本発明のタイヤ加硫用金型の一実施形態を示し、1は上型、2は下型である。環状に形成された上型1は、空気入りタイヤのトレッド部の半分(タイヤ赤道面より一方側のトレッド部分)を成形するトレッド成形面11と一方のサイドウォール部を成形するサイドウォール成形面12を備えている。

Claims (4)
- サイドウォール成形面を有する上型と下型とを鋼材により構成し、前記サイドウォール部を成形するサイドウォール成形面を微細な凹凸を有する粗面に形成し、該粗面をタフトライド処理により形成された保護層により被覆したことを特徴とするタイヤ加硫用金型。
- 前記保護層の厚さが30μm以上である請求項1に記載のタイヤ加硫用金型。
- 前記粗面をショットブラスト処理またはエッチング処理により形成してなる請求項1または2に記載のタイヤ加硫用金型。
- 前記タイヤ加硫用金型が建設車両用のタイヤ加硫用金型であり、前記粗面の算術平均粗さRaが50〜220μmである請求項1、2または3に記載のタイヤ加硫用金型。
