Claims (11)
- ゼオライト粒子から有機鋳型剤を除去するためにゼオライト粒子を処理する方法であって、
有機鋳型剤の少なくとも50%を除去するのに十分な長さの時間、600℃以下の温度において流動層内でゼオライト粒子をか焼することを含み、
処理されたゼオライトは、エチルベンゼンを製造するためのエチレンを用いたベンゼンのアルキル化に対する190℃における一次反応速度定数k EB が少なくとも1.0である、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ゼオライト粒子は、有機鋳型剤の実質的に全てを除去するのに十分な長さの時間およびか焼温度においてか焼されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- か焼温度は、550℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- か焼温度は、500℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- か焼ステップは、10℃毎分以下の速度で流動層の温度を上昇させることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ゼオライト粒子は、酸素含有ガスで流動されることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酸素含有ガスは、酸素と不活性ガスの混合物または空気であり、この混合物中の酸素の濃度は、体積で28%以下であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ゼオライトは、ゼオライトベータ、ゼオライトL、TEA−モルデナイト、MCM−22、MCM−36、MCM−39、MCM−41、MCM−48、PSH−3、ZSM−5、ブレック−6、ZSM−11、ZSM−12、ZSM−22、ZSM−23、ZSM−35、ZSM−48、SSZ−32、およびTUD−1から成る群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ゼオライトは、ゼオライトベータであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法に従って処理され、
前記処理されたゼオライトは、エチルベンゼンを製造するためのエチレンを用いたベンゼンのアルキル化に対する190℃における一次反応速度定数k EB が少なくとも1.0である、
ことを特徴とするエチルベンゼン製造用又はクメン製造用ゼオライト触媒。 - 前記処理されたゼオライトは、アンモニア温度プログラム脱着により測定される少なくとも0.55NH3mmol/gの強酸性を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のゼオライト触媒。
