「電気自動車用コンダクティブ充電システム一般要求事項」、日本電動車両協会規格(日本電動車両規格)、2001年3月29日 「エスエーイー エレクトリック ビークル コンダクティブ チャージ カプラ(SAE Electric Vehicle Conductive Charge Coupler)」、(アメリカ合衆国)、エスエーイー規格(SAE Standards)、エスエーイー インターナショナル(SAE International)、2001年11月
図1を参照して、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る異常判定装置を搭載したプラグインハイブリッド車について説明する。この車両は、エンジン100と、第1MG(Motor Generator)110と、第2MG120と、動力分割機構130と、減速機140と、バッテリ150とを備える。
以下、本発明の第2の実施の形態について説明する。本実施の形態は、パイロット信号CPLTが出力されており、かつ外部の電源の電圧VACが零であると、充電ケーブルに関する異常があると判定する点で、前述の第1の実施の形態と相違する。その他、プラグインハイブリッド車自体の構造は、前述の第1の実施の形態と同じである。それらの機能についても同じである。したがって、ここではそれらの詳細な説明は繰り返さない。
以下、本発明の第3の実施の形態について説明する。本実施の形態は、コンバータ200、第1インバータ210および第2インバータ220とは別に充電器290が設けられた点で、前述の第1の実施の形態および第2の実施の形態と相違する。
以下、バッテリ150の充電を中断する場合について説明する。
S300にて、ECU170は、プラグインハイブリッド車の外部の電源402によりバッテリ150を充電中であるか否かを判断する。たとえば、DFR260およびCCID330内のリレー332が閉じている場合、バッテリ150が充電中であると判断される。なお、バッテリ150を充電中であるか否かを判断する方法はこれに限らない。バッテリ150を充電中であると(S300にYES)、処理はS310に移される。もしそうでないと(S300にてNO)、処理はS302に移される。
Claims (21)
- 車両および前記車両の外部の電源に接続された場合に、供給可能な電流容量を表わすパイロット信号を出力するEVSEにより前記車両および前記電源が連結された状態において、前記車両に搭載されたバッテリに前記電源から、前記EVSEを介して電力を供給して前記バッテリを充電する充電システムの異常判定装置であって、
前記電源の電圧を前記車両の内部で検出する電圧センサと、
制御ユニットとを備え、
前記制御ユニットは、前記パイロット信号の出力状態および検出される電圧に応じて、異常の有無を判定し、
前記制御ユニットは、前記パイロット信号が出力されておらず、かつ検出される電圧がしきい値よりも大きいと、前記EVSEに異常があると判定する、充電システムの異常判定装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、予め定められた条件が満たされた場合に、前記パイロット信号の出力状態および検出される電圧に応じて、異常の有無を判定する、請求項1に記載の充電システムの異常判定装置。
- 前記条件は、前記バッテリと前記電圧センサとの間における電力の供給が停止されたという条件、前記EVSEが車両に接続されているという条件および前記バッテリと前記電圧センサとの間に設けられたコンデンサの電荷が零であるという条件のうちの少なくともいずれか一つである、請求項2に記載の充電システムの異常判定装置。

前記充電システムは、前記リレーを作動するための指令を出力し、
前記異常の有無を判定するステップは、前記パイロット信号が出力されており、かつ検出される電圧が零である場合、前記EVSEにおいて前記電源から前記車両に電力を供給する経路、前記リレー、および前記指令を伝達する経路のうちのいずれかに異常があると判定するステップを含む、請求項7に記載の充電システムの異常判定方法。 - 前記車両には、前記バッテリに充電する電力を制御する充電器が搭載される、請求項7に記載の充電システムの異常判定方法。
- 車両および前記車両の外部の電源に接続された場合に、供給可能な電流容量を表わすパイロット信号を出力するEVSEにより前記車両および前記電源が連結された状態において、前記車両に搭載されたバッテリに前記電源から、前記EVSEを介して電力を供給して前記バッテリを充電する充電システムの異常判定装置であって、
前記電源の電圧を前記車両の内部で検出する電圧センサと、
前記パイロット信号の出力状態および検出される電圧に応じて、異常の有無を判定するための判定手段とを備え、
前記判定手段は、前記パイロット信号が出力されておらず、かつ検出される電圧がしきい値よりも大きい場合、前記EVSEに異常があると判定するための手段を含む、充電システムの異常判定装置。 - 前記判定手段は、予め定められた条件が満たされた場合に、前記パイロット信号の出力状態および検出される電圧に応じて、異常の有無を判定するための手段を含む、請求項13に記載の充電システムの異常判定装置。
- 前記条件は、前記バッテリと前記電圧センサとの間における電力の供給が停止されたという条件、前記EVSEが車両に接続されているという条件および前記バッテリと前記電圧センサとの間に設けられたコンデンサの電荷が零であるという条件のうちの少なくともいずれか一つである、請求項14に記載の充電システムの異常判定装置。
- 前記EVSEには、前記電源から前記車両に電力を供給する経路を開閉するリレーが設けられ、
前記充電システムは、前記リレーを作動するための指令を出力し、
前記判定手段は、前記パイロット信号が出力されており、かつ検出される電圧がしきい値より小さい場合、前記EVSEにおいて前記電源から前記車両に電力を供給する経路、前記リレー、および前記指令を伝達する経路のうちのいずれかに異常があると判定するための手段を含む、請求項13に記載の充電システムの異常判定装置。 - 前記EVSEには、前記電源から前記車両に電力を供給する経路を開閉するリレーが設けられ、

- 車両および前記車両の外部の電源に接続された場合に、供給可能な電流容量を表わす信号を出力する連結器により前記車両および前記電源が連結された状態において、前記車両に搭載された蓄電機構に前記電源から、前記連結器を介して電力を供給して前記蓄電機構を充電する充電システムの異常判定装置であって、
前記電源の電圧を前記車両の内部で検出する電圧センサと、
制御ユニットとを備え、
前記制御ユニットは、前記信号が出力されておらず、かつ検出される電圧がしきい値よりも大きい場合、前記連結器に異常があると判定する、充電システムの異常判定装置。 - 車両および前記車両の外部の電源に接続された場合に、供給可能な電流容量を表わす信号を出力する連結器により前記車両および前記電源が連結された状態において、前記車両に搭載された蓄電機構に前記電源から、前記連結器を介して電力を供給して前記蓄電機構を充電する充電システムの異常判定方法であって、
前記電源の電圧を前記車両の内部に設けられた電圧センサを用いて検出するステップと、
前記信号が出力されておらず、かつ検出される電圧がしきい値よりも大きい場合、前記連結器に異常があると判定するステップとを備える、充電システムの異常判定方法。 - 車両および前記車両の外部の電源に接続された場合に、供給可能な電流容量を表わす信号を出力する連結器により前記車両および前記電源が連結された状態において、前記車両に搭載された蓄電機構に前記電源から、前記連結器を介して電力を供給して前記蓄電機構を充電する充電システムの異常判定装置であって、
前記電源の電圧を前記車両の内部で検出する電圧センサと、
前記信号が出力されておらず、かつ検出される電圧がしきい値よりも大きい場合、前記連結器に異常があると判定するための手段を含む、充電システムの異常判定装置。
