Description
図1は、本開示の実施の形態1に係る給電システムの全体構成図である。図1を参照して、この実施の形態に係る給電システムは、電力変換ユニット100と車両200と給電設備300とを備える。電力変換ユニット100は、車両200と給電設備300との間で電力変換を行なうように構成される。
本開示の実施の形態2に係る電力変換ユニットについて説明する。実施の形態2に係る電力変換ユニットも、たとえば図1に示されるような給電システムに適用できる。実施の形態2は実施の形態1と共通する部分が多いため、主に相違点について説明し、共通する部分についての説明は割愛する。
電力変換ユニットの構成は、図3及び図7に示した構成に限られず、ACインレット102側から入力される交流電力を直流電力に変換してDCコネクタ103側へ出力できる範囲で適宜変更可能である。
Claims (8)
- 車両の直流電力用インレットに接続可能なDCコネクタと、
交流電力用ケーブルのコネクタに接続可能なACインレットと、
前記ACインレットと前記DCコネクタとの間に位置し、前記ACインレット側から入力される交流電力を直流電力に変換して前記DCコネクタ側へ出力するように構成される第1電力変換回路と、
前記ACインレットと前記DCコネクタとの間に位置する絶縁回路と、
を備え、
前記第1電力変換回路は、前記絶縁回路よりも前記DCコネクタ側に位置する、電力変換ユニット。 - 前記ACインレットと前記DCコネクタとの間で電流の異常が検知されたときに、前記ACインレットと前記DCコネクタとの間において電流の遮断を行なう遮断装置をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の電力変換ユニット。
- 前記遮断装置は、前記絶縁回路と前記DCコネクタとの間で電流の導通/遮断を切り替える第1スイッチと、前記第1電力変換回路と前記DCコネクタとの間を流れる電流を検出する第1電流センサと、前記第1スイッチを制御する制御装置とを含み、
前記制御装置は、前記ACインレットに電力が入力されているときに、前記第1電流センサによって前記電流の異常が検知された場合には、前記第1スイッチを遮断状態にすることにより前記電流の遮断を行なう、請求項2に記載の電力変換ユニット。 - 前記ACインレットと前記絶縁回路との間に位置し、所定の電力変換を行なう第2電力変換回路をさらに備え、
前記遮断装置は、前記ACインレットと前記絶縁回路との間で電流の導通/遮断を切り替える第2スイッチと、前記第2電力変換回路と前記ACインレットとの間を流れる電流を検出する第2電流センサと、前記第2スイッチを制御する制御装置とを含み、
前記制御装置は、前記DCコネクタに電力が入力されているときに、前記第2電流センサによって前記電流の異常が検知された場合には、前記第2スイッチを遮断状態にすることにより前記電流の遮断を行なう、請求項2又は3に記載の電力変換ユニット。 - 前記絶縁回路は、第1コイルと、前記第1コイルよりも前記ACインレット側に位置する第2コイルとを含む絶縁トランスであり、
前記遮断装置は、前記第1コイル又は前記第2コイルに流れる電流の導通/遮断を切り替えるスイッチと、前記スイッチを制御する制御装置とを含み、
前記スイッチは、前記第1コイル又は前記第2コイルに直列に接続されており、
前記制御装置は、前記電流の異常が検知されたときに、前記スイッチを遮断状態にすることにより前記電流の遮断を行なう、請求項2~4のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換ユニット。 - 前記交流電力用ケーブルは、車載バッテリの充電を行なうための電力を前記車両に供給する給電設備の充電ケーブルであり、
前記ACインレットは、前記充電ケーブルの電力線が接続される電力端子と、前記充電ケーブルのCPLT信号線が接続されるCPLT信号端子と、前記充電ケーブルのグランド線が接続されるグランド端子とを備える、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換ユニット。 - 前記第1電力変換回路は、前記DCコネクタ側から入力される直流電力を交流電力に変換して前記ACインレット側へ出力するように構成される、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換ユニット。
- 前記DCコネクタに入力される直流電力から前記第1電力変換回路を経て生成される交流電力を出力するためのコンセントをさらに備える、請求項7に記載の電力変換ユニット。
