Description
インレット40は、充電器200の入力線L2に接続される。インレット40は、給電設備100のコネクタ120に接続可能に構成される。充電リレー50は、電力線L1と充電器200の出力線L3との電気的な接続/切離を行なうためのリレーである。
制御装置250は、電圧センサ41によって検出される系統電圧VINに基づいて、系統電圧VINの実効値および周波数を算出する。なお、信号の実効値は、信号を2乗して平均した値の平方根と定義され、「RMS」(Root Mean Square、2乗平均平方根)とも呼ばれる。以下では、制御装置250によって算出される系統電圧VINの実効値を「系統電圧実効値VINrms」とも称し、制御装置250によって算出される系統電圧VINの周波数を「系統周波数F」とも称する。
Claims (3)
- 外部電源から供給される交流電力を用いて蓄電装置を充電する外部充電を実行するための充電器であって、
前記外部電源に接続可能に構成された入力線と、
前記入力線と前記蓄電装置との間で電力変換を行なうように構成された変換回路と、
前記入力線と前記変換回路との間に設けられたリレーと、
前記入力線に入力される交流電圧を検出する電圧センサと、
所定期間内における前記交流電圧の波形に基づいて前記交流電圧の実効値および周波数を算出する処理を周期的に行なう制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記外部充電の実行中に充電停止条件が成立した場合に前記リレーを開状態にし、
前記外部充電の停止後に充電再開条件が成立した場合に前記リレーを閉状態にし、
前記充電停止条件は、算出された前記交流電圧の実効値が電圧閾値よりも小さいという条件に設定され、
前記充電再開条件は、算出された前記交流電圧の実効値が前記電圧閾値よりも大きく、かつ算出された前記交流電圧の周波数が周波数閾値よりも大きいという条件に設定され、
前記制御装置は、
前記所定期間内における前記交流電圧の波形に1周期分の前記交流電圧の波形が含まれる場合には、当該1周期分の前記交流電圧の実効値および周波数を算出し、
前記所定期間内における前記交流電圧の波形に前記1周期分の前記交流電圧の波形が含まれない場合には、前記所定期間の前記交流電圧の実効値を算出し、
前記周波数閾値は、前記所定期間を周波数に換算した値に設定される、充電器。 - 前記充電器は、前記入力線と前記変換回路との間に設けられた抵抗をさらに備え、
前記リレーは、前記抵抗と並列に接続される、請求項1に記載の充電器。 - 外部電源から供給される交流電力を用いて蓄電装置を充電する外部充電を実行するための充電器の制御方法であって、
前記充電器は、
前記外部電源に接続可能に構成された入力線と、
前記入力線と前記蓄電装置との間で電力変換を行なうように構成された変換回路と、
前記入力線と前記変換回路との間に設けられたリレーと、
前記入力線に入力される交流電圧を検出する電圧センサとを備え、
前記制御方法は、
所定期間内における前記交流電圧の波形に基づいて前記交流電圧の実効値および周波数を算出する処理を周期的に行なうステップと、
前記外部充電の実行中に充電停止条件が成立した場合に前記リレーを開状態にするステップと、
前記外部充電の停止後に充電再開条件が成立した場合に前記リレーを閉状態にするステップとを含み、
前記充電停止条件は、算出された前記交流電圧の実効値が電圧閾値よりも小さいという条件に設定され、
前記充電再開条件は、算出された前記交流電圧の実効値が前記電圧閾値よりも大きく、かつ前記交流電圧の周波数が周波数閾値よりも大きいという条件に設定され、
前記交流電圧の実効値および周波数を算出する処理を周期的に行なうステップは、
前記所定期間内における前記交流電圧の波形に1周期分の前記交流電圧の波形が含まれる場合には、当該1周期分の前記交流電圧の実効値および周波数を算出し、
前記所定期間内における前記交流電圧の波形に前記1周期分の前記交流電圧の波形が含まれない場合には、前記所定期間の前記交流電圧の実効値を算出し、
前記周波数閾値は、前記所定期間を周波数に換算した値に設定される、充電器の制御方法。
