Description
<本発明に係る金属調加飾シートA>
透明な金属層保持用フィルムとして、厚さが25μmのシクロヘキサン環を主鎖に有するポリエステル系高分子化合物からなるフィルム(帝人デュポンフィルム社製テフレックスFT−3:以下「mPET」とも云う)の6000m巻ロールを真空蒸着器にセットして、金属層としてインジウムを9nmとなるようにフィルム片面に蒸着し、金属層保持フィルムを得て、取り出した。
上記、漆黒調加飾用シートAで用いた黒色接着剤からなる5μmの接着剤層の全光線透過量は12%であった(全光線透過量はJIS K7361−1に準拠して測定した)。
上記漆黒調加飾用シートAと同様に、ただし、全光線透過量が異なるフィルムを表面フィルム層として用い、あるいは、接着剤層中の染料添加量を変え、あるいは、厚さの異なる金属層積層用フィルムを用いて、表1に示す本発明に係る漆黒調加飾用シートB〜F、及び、比較例に係る漆黒調加飾用シートG〜Kを得た。
ついで、これら漆黒調加飾用シートA〜Kの評価を行った。
具体的には、漆黒感、透明感について評価した。
2 黒色色素を添加した全光線透過率が5%以上20%未満の接着剤層
3 金属層保持用フィルム3aの片面に金属層3bを形成してなる、全光線透過率が15%以上60%未満の金属層保持フィルム
4 透明または黒色に調色された接着剤層
5 黒色のベースシート
Claims (4)
- 全光線透過率が85%以上の表面フィルム、黒色色素を添加した全光線透過率が5%以上20%未満の接着剤層、全光線透過率が15%以上60%未満の、少なくとも片面に金属層が形成された金属層保持フィルム、透明または黒色に調色された接着剤層、及び、黒色のベースシートが、この順で積層されてなることを特徴とする漆黒調加飾用シート。
- 上記金属層保持フィルム層が、ポリエステル系フィルムあるいはポリオレフィン系フィルムのいずれかからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の漆黒調加飾用シート。
- 上記表面フィルム層が、アクリル系フィルムからなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の漆黒調加飾用シート。
- 上記請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の漆黒調加飾用シートを用いて成形されたことを特徴とする成形品。
