Claims (8)
- ベースフィルムに樹脂を塗工し、該樹脂に型を押付けて凹凸形状のパターンを転写する転写方法において、前記ベースフィルムに対し樹脂を塗工ダイから間欠的に吐出して該樹脂を前記ベースフィルムに間欠的に塗工すると共に、この間欠塗工と同期させて前記型を前記間欠的に塗工された樹脂に押付けて前記パターンを転写することを特徴とする転写方法。
- 前記間欠塗工及び転写は、前記ベースフィルムの走行距離により同期されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の転写方法。
- 前記ベースフィルムは連続走行し、連続回転するロールの周面に型を設けたロール式の型により転写することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の転写方法。
- 前記ベースフィルムは間欠的に走行し、互いに対向して開閉されるプレス式の型により転写することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の転写方法。
- ベースフィルムに樹脂を塗工し、該樹脂に型を押付けて凹凸形状のパターンを転写する転写装置において、前記ベースフィルムに対し樹脂を塗工ダイから間欠的に吐出して該樹脂を前記ベースフィルムに間欠的に塗工する間欠塗工部と、前記型を前記間欠的に塗工された樹脂に押付けて前記パターンを転写する転写部と、前記間欠塗工部と転写部を互いに同期して作動させる同期制御部とを備えてなることを特徴とする転写装置。
- 前記同期制御部は、前記ベースフィルムの走行距離検出器を有し、前記ベースフィルムの走行距離により同期を取るように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の転写装置。
- 前記型は、連続回転するロールの周面に型を設けたロール式の型であることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の転写装置。
- 前記型は、互いに対向して開閉されるプレス式の型であることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の転写装置。
