Claims (4)
- 形状記憶合金の温度による形状変化を移動体に伝達し、前記移動体の位置を変化させるアクチュエータにおいて、
前記形状記憶合金の一端が固定されている固定部材と、
前記形状記憶合金の他端が機械的に連結されている移動体押付部材と、
前記形状記憶合金の加熱による形状変化方向に対して反対方向に前記移動体押付部材に外力を付加する第1の付勢部材と、
前記形状記憶合金の加熱による形状変化方向に対して同方向に前記移動体に外力を付加する第2の付勢部材と、
前記形状記憶合金の加熱による前記移動体の移動方向側の所定の位置に前記移動体の移動を制限する第1のストッパーと、
前記形状記憶合金の冷却による前記移動体の移動方向側の所定の位置に前記移動体の移動を制限する第2のストッパーと、
前記移動体押付部材と前記第1の付勢部材と前記第2の付勢部材と前記形状記憶合金が内部に設置された支持部材と、
を有し、
前記移動体は前記移動体押付部材に当接可能に配置され、
前記形状記憶合金の加熱による形状変化で前記移動体押付部材と前記移動体を移動させて前記移動体が前記第1のストッパーの位置で制止している状態のとき、前記移動体と前記移動体押付部材とが分離し、
前記第2の付勢部材の弾性率が前記第1の付勢部材の弾性率より小さいことを特徴とする形状記憶合金アクチュエータ。 - 部材内に前記形状記憶合金が挿通された中空のチューブ部材をさらに有し、
前記チューブ部材は、前記チューブ部材の一端に前記固定部材が固定され、前記チューブ部材の他端に前記支持部材が固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の形状記憶合金アクチュエータ。 - 前記第2の付勢部材が両端の半径が異なる弾性体であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の形状記憶合金アクチュエータ。
- 前記チューブ部材が可撓性を有することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の形状記憶合金アクチュエータ。
