Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve a miniature-sized servo actuator with a simple constituiton, by using an actuator operated based on a displacement of a form storage member and giving a function as a sensor which detects the displacement of this member. CONSTITUTION:A converting section 14 converts a property of a form storage member 30 constituting and actuator, such as electric resistance value into a feedback signal (f) in the form that it is comparable with an input signal (e) indicating an operation objective of the actuator. The imput signal (e) and the signal (f) are compared 15 and a signal (g) is outputted. This signal (g) is inputted to a control section 16, and a manipulated variable (h) in response to the signal (g) is outputted and applied to the member 30, which is heated. As a result, the operation of the actuator is automatically made coincident with the objective.
