Description
Claims (2)
- 黒落花生から得た10cm以下の発芽段階のスプラウトの乾燥物の粉末を、粉末状態で、または、打錠機にかけて錠剤とし、または、飲料水に添加して飲料用とした黒落花生スプラウトの栄養補助剤。
- 25〜32℃に保持した黒落花生に、鉄、マンガン、亜鉛、銅、コバルトの硫酸塩と、モリブデン酸アンモン、ホウ酸およびクエン酸からなる水溶性組成物の水溶液を散水し、湿度を90%に維持しながら発根・発芽させて10cm以下の前段階の発芽段階の初期スプラウトを得て、
この初期スプラウトを水洗いして15〜50℃で通風乾燥し、さらに、真空乾燥したのち微粉砕する黒落花生スプラウトから得た栄養補助剤の製造方法。
