Description
自動車の燃焼機関用の給気を冷却するための第1の冷却要素を備えた給気冷却器であって、該第1の冷却要素が、冷却する給気のためのパイプライン、およびこれらのパイプライン間に配置される冷却用の空気の流れのための空気通路を有している給気冷却器と、
前記燃焼機関に戻るように案内される排気ガスを冷却するための第2の冷却要素を備えたEGR冷却器であって、該第2の冷却要素が、冷却する排気ガスのためのパイプライン、およびこれらのパイプライン間に配置される冷却用の空気の流れのための空気通路を有し、第1の冷却要素および第2の冷却要素が近傍に、且つ互いに実質的に面内に配置されるEGR冷却器と、
前記冷却要素を通る空気の流れを調節するために、冷却要素の前方または後方に配置される遮蔽手段と、
制御機構であって、前記パイプライン中に氷が生成するのを防止するために、前記遮蔽手段は該制御機構によって、冷却要素の前記空気通路を通る空気の流れを制限しない、または少なくともあまり制限しない開放位置と、第2の冷却要素の前記パイプラインすべての間の空気通路を通る空気の流れ、および第1の冷却要素の前記パイプラインの一部のみの間の空気通路を通る空気の流れを制限する閉鎖位置との間で往復式に切り換えることができる制御機構と
を有している。
給気冷却器およびEGR冷却器の冷却要素11、21を通る空気の流れを調節するために、冷却要素11、21の前方または後方に配置される遮蔽手段40と、
遮蔽手段40が給気冷却器およびEGR冷却器の冷却要素11、21の前記空気通路13、23を通る空気の流れを制限しない、または少なくともあまり制限しない開放位置と、遮蔽手段40がEGR冷却器の冷却要素21の前述のパイプライン22すべての間の空気通路23を通る空気の流れ、および給気冷却器の冷却要素11の前述のパイプライン12の一部のみの間の空気通路13を通る空気の流れを実質的に完全に制限する、または少なくとも開放位置の場合より大きく制限する閉鎖位置との間で往復式に前記遮蔽手段40を切り換え可能にする制御機構50であって、これらのパイプライン12、22内の氷の生成を妨げる制御機構50と
を有している。
Claims (5)
- 自動車の燃焼機関用の給気を冷却するための第1の冷却要素(11)を備えた給気冷却器(10)と、前記燃焼機関に戻るよう案内される排気ガスを冷却するための第2の冷却要素(21)を備えたEGR冷却器(20)とを有する自動車用の冷却装置であって、前記第1の冷却要素(11)および前記第2の冷却要素(21)が互いに近くに且つ実質的に面内に配置されており、前記第1の冷却要素(11)が、前記給気を通すための複数のパイプライン(12)と、該パイプライン間に配置される冷却空気の流れのための空気通路(13)とを有し、前記第2の冷却要素(21)が、前記排気ガスを通すための複数のパイプライン(22)と、該パイプライン間に配置される冷却空気の流れのための空気通路(23)とを有している自動車用の冷却装置において、
前記冷却装置(1)が、前記冷却要素(11、21)を通る空気の流れを調節するために、前記冷却要素の前方または後方に配置された遮蔽手段(40)を有すること、および
前記冷却装置(1)が制御機構(50)を有し、該制御機構(50)によって、前記遮蔽手段(40)は、前記冷却要素(11、21)の前記空気通路(13、23)を通る空気の流れを制限しない、または少なくともかなり制限しない開放状態と、前記第2の冷却要素(20)の前記パイプライン(22)すべての間の前記空気通路(23)を通る空気の流れ、および前記第1の冷却要素(11)の前記パイプライン(12)の一部のみの間の前記空気通路(13)を通る空気の流れを制限する閉鎖状態との間で往復式に切り換え可能であり、それによってこれらのパイプライン内の氷の生成を防げること
を特徴とする冷却装置。 - 前記遮蔽手段(40)は、前記閉鎖状態において、前記第1の冷却要素(11)の前記パイプライン(12)のうちの半分より少ないパイプライン間の前記空気通路(13)を通る空気の流れを制限するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記遮蔽手段(40)は、前記閉鎖状態において、実質的に前記遮蔽手段の方を向いた前記第2の冷却要素(21)の側面(24)の全体、および前記遮蔽手段の方を向いた前記第1の冷却要素(11)の側面(14)の半分未満を覆うように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記遮蔽手段(40)が、前記制御機構(50)によって枢動可能なブレード(41)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記遮蔽手段(40)が、互いに向き合う少なくとも2つのディスク状の遮蔽要素(45a、45b)であって、貫通開口部(46a、46b)を有している少なくとも2つのディスク状の遮蔽要素(45a、45b)を有し、これらの遮蔽要素の少なくとも1つが、前記制御機構(50)によってその広がり面内で他の遮蔽要素に対して移動可能であり、それによって前記遮蔽要素(45a、45b)内の前記開口部(46a、46b)は協働して、前記遮蔽手段(40)を貫通して延びる空気通路(47)であって、前記遮蔽手段(40)が前記開放状態にあるときには前記遮蔽手段が前記閉鎖状態にあるときより大きくなる空気通路(47)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の冷却装置。
