Description
灰溶融炉で発生する溶融排ガスを導出する溶融排ガス流路と、この溶融排ガス流路内に空気を送入することによりその溶融排ガス流路内の溶融排ガスの温度を300℃以下まで冷却する冷却手段と、前記冷却手段にて冷却された溶融排ガスが導かれるセラミックフィルタよりなる高温集塵器と、前記高温集塵器によって除塵された後の溶融排ガスを二次燃焼空気供給口を介して焼却炉内へ供給する二次燃焼空気用送風機とを備えることを特徴とするものである。

Claims (4)
- 灰溶融炉で発生する溶融排ガスを導出する溶融排ガス流路と、この溶融排ガス流路内に空気を送入することによりその溶融排ガス流路内の溶融排ガスの温度を300℃以下まで冷却する冷却手段と、前記冷却手段にて冷却された溶融排ガスが導かれるセラミックフィルタよりなる高温集塵器と、前記高温集塵器によって除塵された後の溶融排ガスを二次燃焼空気供給口を介して焼却炉内へ供給する二次燃焼空気用送風機とを備えることを特徴とする灰溶融炉の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記冷却手段は、前記溶融排ガス流路内への空気の送入に加えて、前記溶融排ガス流路内へ冷却水を噴射することにより溶融排ガスを冷却する請求項1に記載の灰溶融炉の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記二次燃焼空気用送風機の吸い込み側の排ガス流路に設けられた温度センサによって溶融排ガスの温度が検知され、この検知データに基づき前記冷却手段による空気の送入が制御される請求項1に記載の灰溶融炉の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記灰溶融炉の炉内圧が炉内圧センサによって検知され、この検知データに基づき前記二次燃焼空気送風機の駆動が制御される請求項1に記載の灰溶融炉の排ガス処理装置。
