Claims (7)
- 電気絶縁体で作られたハウジングと、該ハウジングにスリット状に形成された端子保持溝で圧入保持され平型導体に接続される端子とを備え、上記端子は、金属板の平坦面を維持して作られていて、並設された上腕部および下腕部と、該上腕部と下腕部とを両腕部の被連結域で連結する連結部とを有し、上記下腕部は、上記端子保持溝により保持され、回路基板と半田接続される接続部を有し、上記上腕部は、平型導体の上面を下方へ押圧する押圧部を該平型導体の挿入側である一端側に有している平型導体用電気コネクタにおいて、上記端子保持溝は、上記連結部、上記上腕部の被連結域および接続部が設けられた部分を含む第一領域に対応して端子の板厚よりも大きい溝内幅寸法の第一溝域が形成されており、上記端子の上記第一領域外であって上記上腕部および上記下腕部のうちの一方について少なくとも二箇所そして他方について少なくとも一箇所で形成される第二領域に対応して上記第一溝域よりも小さい溝内幅寸法で該第二領域の挿入を可能とする第二溝域が形成されていることを特徴とする平型導体用電気コネクタ。
- 第二領域は、上腕部の被連結域および下腕部の被連結域の少なくとも一方に隣接した位置に形成されていることとする請求項1に記載の平型導体用電気コネクタ。
- 第二領域は、上腕部および下腕部の少なくとも一方の縁部から突出した突起部として形成されていることとする請求項1または請求項2に記載の平型導体用電気コネクタ。
- 平型導体の挿入を可能とする開位置と平型導体に対する押圧部での接圧を高める閉位置との間で回動可能な加圧部材をさらに備え、該加圧部材は、上腕部と下腕部との間に配され閉位置にて上腕部に作用することにより平型導体へ上記押圧部を押圧するカム部を有していることとする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一つに記載の平型導体用電気コネクタ。
- 上腕部および下腕部は、長手方向中間部にて被連結域同士で連結部により連結されており、上腕部は、該上腕部の被連結域よりも他端側にカム部からの力を受ける被圧部を有し、下腕部は、該下腕部の被連結域よりも一端側で上方に向け分枝され該一端側へ延びる可撓な分枝腕を有し、該分枝腕は、上記一端側に平型導体の下面と接触する接触部を有し、上記下腕部は、該下腕部の被連結域よりも他端側に接続部を有するとともに該接続部と該被連結域との間でカム部の回動を案内するカム案内部を有していることとする請求項4に記載の平型導体用電気コネクタ。
- 上腕部および下腕部は、長手方向中間部にて被連結域同士で連結部により連結されており、上腕部は、該上腕部の被連結域よりも他端側にカム部からの力を受ける被圧部を有し、下腕部は、該下腕部の被連結域よりも一端側で上方に向けて分枝され該一端側へ延びる可撓な分枝腕を有し、該分枝腕は、上記一端側に平型導体の下面と接触する接触部を有し、上記下腕部は、上記一端側に接続部を有し、該下腕部の被連結域よりも他端側にカム部の回動を案内するカム案内部を有していることとする請求項4に記載の平型導体用電気コネクタ。
- 端子は、第一端子および第二端子の二種の端子から成り、該第一端子および第二端子が交互に配置されており、第一端子は、上腕部および下腕部が長手方向中間部にて被連結域同士で連結部により連結されており、上腕部が該上腕部の被連結域よりも他端側にカム部からの力を受ける被圧部を有し、下腕部が該下腕部の被連結域よりも一端側で上方に向け分枝され該一端側へ延びる可撓な分枝腕を有し、該分枝腕が上記一端側に平型導体の下面と接触する接触部を有し、上記下腕部が該下腕部の被連結域よりも他端側に接続部を有するとともに該接続部と該被連結域との間でカム部の回動を案内するカム案内部を有しており、第二端子は、上腕部および下腕部が長手方向中間部にて被連結域同士で連結部により連結されており、上腕部が該上腕部の被連結域よりも他端側にカム部からの力を受ける被圧部を有し、下腕部が該下腕部の被連結域よりも一端側で上方に向けて分枝され該一端側へ延びる可撓な分枝腕を有し、該分枝腕が上記一端側に平型導体の下面と接触する接触部を有し、上記下腕部が上記一端側に接続部を有し、該下腕部の被連結域よりも他端側にカム部の回動を案内するカム案内部を有していることとする請求項4に記載の平型導体用電気コネクタ。
