Claims (3)
- エンジンの要求負荷に応じて開弁オーバラップ量を増加させるターボ過給機付きエンジンの制御方法であって、
エンジンの低負荷領域では、吸気弁開時期の進角量を、排気弁閉時期の遅角量よりも多くして、開弁オーバラップ量を増加させ、
エンジンの高負荷領域では、排気弁閉時期の遅角量を、吸気弁開時期の進角量よりも多くして、開弁オーバラップ量を増加させ、
かつ、エンジンの低負荷領域における加速時に、異常燃焼が発生し易い環境条件下にあるか否かを判定し、
エンジンの低負荷領域における加速時に、異常燃焼が発生し易い環境条件下にあると判定された場合には、異常燃焼が発生し難い条件下に比べて、同一運転領域における排気弁閉時期の遅角量を多くするとともに、異常燃焼が発生し難い条件下に比べて、同一運転領域における吸気弁開時期の進角量を少なくすることを特徴とするターボ過給機付きエンジンの制御方法。 - エンジンの高負荷領域における加速時に、異常燃焼が発生し易い環境条件下にある否かを判定し、
異常燃焼が発生し易い条件下にあると判定された場合には、異常燃焼が発生し難い条件下に比べて、同一運転領域における排気弁閉時期の遅角量および吸気弁開時期の進角量をそれぞれ少なくすることにより上記吸排気弁の開弁オーバラップ量を低減する特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ過給機付きエンジンの制御方法。 - エンジンの要求負荷に応じて吸気弁および排気弁の開閉時期を変更することにより開弁オーバラップ量を調節するバルブタイミング変更手段を備えたターボ過給機付きエンジンの制御装置であって、
エンジン負荷(吸気充填効率)を検出する負荷検出手段と、
エンジンの低負荷領域における加速時に、異常燃焼が発生し易い環境条件下にある否かを判定する判定手段とを備え、
上記バルブタイミング変更手段は、上記負荷検出手段によって検出されたエンジン負荷が低負荷領域である場合に、上記吸排気弁の開弁オーバラップ量を増加させる時、吸気弁開時期の進角量を、排気弁閉時期の遅角量よりも多くして、開弁オーバラップ量を増加させ、
上記エンジン負荷が高負荷領域である場合に、上記吸排気弁の開弁オーバラップ量を増加させる時、排気弁閉時期の遅角量を、吸気弁開時期の進角量よりも多くして、開弁オーバラップ量を増加させるように吸気弁および排気弁の開閉時期を変更し、
かつ、上記判定手段でエンジンの低負荷領域における加速時に異常燃焼が発生し易い条件下にあると判定された場合に、異常燃焼が発生し難い条件下に比べて、同一運転領域における吸気弁開時期の進角量を少なくすると共に、排気弁閉時期の遅角量を多くするように吸排気弁の開閉時期を変更することを特徴とするターボ過給機付きエンジンの制御装置。
