Claims (46)
- 患者の皮膚に挿入されるように適合されたカニューレを含む注入セットのカニューレハウジングと、
挿入デバイスと、を含んだ挿入セットにおいて、
該挿入デバイスが、
把柄部と保護部とを含む、前記注入セットの前記カニューレハウジングの基部に着脱自在に取付け可能なハブと、
該ハブに取り付けられた針であって、前記保護部が前記把柄部に沿って摺動して前記針を覆うように適合されている針と、を含んでおり、
前記保護部は、該保護部が前記把柄部に対して摺動するときに形成される針収納部へと針を曲げ、前記保護部と前記ハブとが、係止位置で前記針を覆っていることを特徴とする挿入セット。 - 前記挿入デバイスは、前記針が前記保護部によって覆われたときに前記針を前記保護部内でしっかり固定するように適合された係止具をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記針は、前記挿入デバイスが前記カニューレハウジングに取り付けられたときに、該カニューレハウジングの前記カニューレ内を通ってその外側先端を越えたところまで伸びるように適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記把柄部と前記保護部とが前記ハブの対向する部分を形成しており、前記保護部が、引かれる方向にしたがって前記把柄部に沿って摺動するように適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記把柄部が該把柄部の内側部上にレッジを含んでおり、前記保護部が前記レッジに沿って前記針に向かって摺動して、該針の側部に到達するように適合されており、その際、該針が上方に曲げられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記ハブは、内側部と、前記ハブの内側に納められた前記保護部によって曲げられたときに前記針の先端が前記ハブに向けられる針ノッチと、を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記保護部は、ポジティブストップに到達するまで前記把柄部の前記内側部上の前記レッジに沿って摺動し続けることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記保護部と前記ハブとは、前記針を納めるための針収納部を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記保護部は、該保護部が前記把柄部に対して摺動するときに形成される針収納部へと針を曲げ、前記保護部と前記ハブとが、係止位置で前記針を覆っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記係止具は、前記保護部が前記針の上を摺動されるときに前記保護部を前記把柄部とかみ合わせるように適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記係止具は、前記保護部の側部のデテントと、前記把柄部の側部の前記デテントに対応するキャッチとであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記保護部が前記把柄部に沿って前記針の上を摺動されるときに、前記デテントは前記キャッチ内に嵌まって、前記保護部と前記把柄部とを合わせて係止させ、その際、前記針が覆われていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の挿入セット。
- 患者の皮膚に挿入されるように適合されたカニューレを含む注入セットのカニューレハウジングと、
挿入デバイスと、を含んだ挿入セットにおいて、
該挿入デバイスが、
把柄部と保護部とを含んだ、前記注入セットの前記カニューレハウジングの基部に着脱自在に取付け可能なハブと、
該ハブに取り付けられた針であって、前記保護部が前記針を覆うように適合されている針と、
前記把柄部に取り付けられた圧潰部と、を含んでおり、
前記圧潰部は、前記針に向かって内側に撓んで前記ハブの内側のプッシュブロックに到達することができ、該プッシュブロックが、前記針へと移動されて、該針を前記保護部の針収納部へと上に曲げていることを特徴とする挿入セット。 - 前記挿入デバイスは、前記針が前記保護部によって覆われたときに前記針を該保護部内でしっかり固定するように適合された係止具をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記針は、前記挿入デバイスが前記カニューレハウジングに取り付けられたときに、該カニューレハウジングの前記カニューレ内を通ってその外側先端を越えたところまで伸びるように適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記保護部は、前記針を納めるための針収納部を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記圧潰部は、前記ハブ上で前記保護部とは反対側にあり、圧力がかけられたときの壁の圧潰を改善するためにバイアスが付けられた対向する壁を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記ハブが内側部を含んでおり、前記圧潰部は前記ハブの内側のプッシュブロックに連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記圧潰部は、前記針に向かって内側に撓んで前記プッシュブロックに到達することができ、該プッシュブロックが、前記針へと移動されて、該針を前記保護部の針収納部へと上に曲げていることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記圧潰部は、破損することなく撓む材料から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記係止具は、前記ハブの内側の対向する側部に位置決めされた、一緒に押されると係止するキャッチであることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記挿入デバイスの壁が圧潰されるときに、前記キャッチがともに係止することを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の挿入セット。
- 前記キャッチが前記針を前記保護部内で係止させることを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の挿入セット。
- 把柄部と保護部とを含む、注入セットのカニューレハウジングの基部に着脱自在に取付け可能なハブと、
該ハブに取り付けられた針であって、前記保護部が、前記把柄部に沿って摺動して前記針を覆うように適合されている針と、を含んでおり、
前記保護部は、該保護部が前記把柄部に対して摺動するときに形成される針収納部へと針を曲げ、前記保護部と前記ハブとが、係止位置で前記針を覆っていることを特徴とする挿入デバイス。 - 前記針が前記保護部によって覆われたときに、前記針を前記保護部内でしっかり固定するように適合された係止具をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記針は、前記挿入デバイスが前記カニューレハウジングに取り付けられたときに、該カニューレハウジングのカニューレ内を通ってその外側先端を越えたところまで伸びるように適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記把柄部と前記保護部とが前記ハブの対向する部分を形成しており、前記保護部は、引かれる方向にしたがって、前記把柄部に沿って摺動するように適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記把柄部は、該把柄部の内側部上にレッジを含んでおり、前記保護部が、前記レッジに沿って前記針に向かって摺動して該針の側部に到達するように適合されており、その際、該針が上方に曲げられていることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記ハブは、内側部と、前記ハブの内側に納められた前記保護部によって曲げられたときに前記針の先端が前記ハブに向けられる針ノッチとを含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記保護部は、ポジティブストップに到達するまで前記把柄部の前記内側部上の前記レッジに沿って摺動し続けることを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記保護部と前記ハブとは、前記針を納めるための針収納部を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記保護部は、該保護部が前記把柄部に対して摺動するときに形成される前記針収納部へと針を曲げ、前記保護部と前記ハブとが、係止位置で前記針を覆っていることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記係止具は、前記保護部が前記針の上を摺動されるときに前記保護部を前記把柄部にかみ合わせるように適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項24に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記係止具は、前記保護部の側部のデテントと、前記把柄部の側部の前記デテントに対応するキャッチとであることを特徴とする、請求項33に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記保護部が前記把柄部に沿って前記針の上を摺動されるときに、前記デテントは前記キャッチ内に嵌まって、前記保護部と前記把柄部とを合わせて係止させ、その際、前記針が覆われていることを特徴とする、請求項34に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 把柄部と保護部とを含む、注入セットのカニューレハウジングの基部に着脱自在に取付け可能なハブと、
該ハブに取り付けられた針であって、前記保護部が前記針を覆うように適合されている針と、
前記把柄部に取り付けられた圧潰部と、を含んでおり、
前記圧潰部は、前記針に向かって内側に撓んで前記ハブの内側のプッシュブロックに到達することができ、該プッシュブロックが、前記針へと移動されて、該針を前記保護部の針収納部へと上に曲げていることを特徴とする挿入デバイス。 - 前記針が前記保護部によって覆われたときに、前記針を前記保護部内でしっかり固定するように適合された係止具をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項36に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記針は、前記挿入デバイスが前記カニューレハウジングに取り付けられたときに、該カニューレハウジングのカニューレ内を通ってその外側先端を越えたところまで伸びるように適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項36に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記保護部は、前記針を納めるための針収納部を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項36に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記圧潰部は、前記ハブ上で前記保護部とは反対側にあり、圧力がかけられたときの壁の圧潰を改善するためにバイアスが付けられた対向する壁を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項36に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記ハブが内側部を含んでおり、前記圧潰部は前記ハブの内側のプッシュブロックに連結される、請求項40に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記圧潰部は、前記針に向かって内側に撓んで前記プッシュブロックに到達することができ、該プッシュブロックが、前記針へと移動されて、該針を前記保護部の針収納部へと上に曲げていることを特徴とする、請求項41に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記圧潰部は、破損することなく撓む材料から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項36に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記係止具は、前記ハブの内側の対向する側部に位置決めされた、一緒に押されると係止するキャッチであることを特徴とする、請求項36に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記挿入デバイスの壁が圧潰されるときに、前記キャッチがともに係止することを特徴とする、請求項44に記載の挿入デバイス。
- 前記キャッチが前記針を前記保護部内で係止させることを特徴とする、請求項45に記載の挿入デバイス。
