Claims (26)
- 導電性ポリマーおよびポリマー電解質を含む導電性ポリマー組成物であって、ポリマー電解質は、架橋可能なポリマーマトリックス、およびポリマーマトリックスを通して拡散し、架橋して固体ポリマー電解質を形成した後にイオン伝導を与えるよう選択されるイオンを含み,ここで、導電性ポリマーはポリエチレンジオキシチオフェンおよびポリスチレンスルホン酸を含み、かつポリマー電解質はポリエチレングリコールを含み、導電性ポリマー組成物中のポリマー電解質の濃度は1重量%以下である、上記導電性ポリマー組成物。
- ポリエチレンジオキシチオフェン:ポリスチレンスルホン酸の比は1:10未満である、請求項1記載の導電性ポリマー組成物。
- ポリエチレンジオキシチオフェン:ポリスチレンスルホン酸の比は1:5未満である、請求項1記載の導電性ポリマー組成物。
- ポリエチレンジオキシチオフェン:ポリスチレンスルホン酸の比は1:2.5未満である、請求項1記載の導電性ポリマー組成物。
- ポリエチレンジオキシチオフェン:ポリスチレンスルホン酸の比は1:2未満である、請求項1記載の導電性ポリマー組成物。
- ポリマー電解質はさらに塩を含む、請求項1記載の導電性ポリマー組成物。
- 塩は、1族金属,2族金属,d−ブロック金属、ランタニドまたはアクチニドの塩である、請求項6記載の導電性ポリマー組成物。
- 塩は1族金属または2族金属の塩である、請求項6記載の導電性ポリマー組成物。
- 塩はナトリウムの塩である、請求項6記載の導電性ポリマー組成物。

- 導電性ポリマーは5.5eV以下の仕事関数を有する、請求項1記載の導電性ポリマー組成物。
- 導電性ポリマーは4.8−5.5eVの範囲の仕事関数を有する、請求項1記載の導電性ポリマー組成物。
- 請求項1−13のいずれかに記載の導電性ポリマー組成物を含む層を有する電気装置。
- アノード,カソード,およびアノードとカソードとの間の有機半導体層を含む、請求項14記載の電気装置。
- 導電性ポリマー組成物は、アノードとカソードとの間の層に提供される、請求項15記載の電気装置。
- 導電性ポリマー組成物を含む層は、アノードと有機半導体層との間に位置する、請求項15記載の電気装置。
- 有機半導体層は発光性である、請求項15−17のいずれかに記載の電気装置。
- アノードはインジウムスズ酸化物を含む、請求項18記載の電気装置。
- 有機半導体層は、正孔輸送体,電子輸送体および発光材料の1またはそれ以上を含む、請求項18記載の電気装置。
- アノードとカソードとの間に1またはそれ以上の追加の有機半導体層が設けられている、請求項15記載の電気装置。
- アノードおよびカソードの一方または両方が独立して導電性ポリマー組成物を含む、請求項15記載の電気装置。
- 請求項14−22のいずれかに記載の電気装置を製造する方法であって、導電性ポリマー組成物は、スピンコーティングまたはインクジェットプリンティングにより堆積されることを特徴とする方法。
- 導電性ポリマー組成物は水性溶液から堆積される、請求項23記載の方法。
- 組成物は、ポリマー電解質が架橋されるように、堆積後に加熱される、請求項23または24記載の方法。
- 加熱工程は被覆層の堆積前に行われる、請求項25記載の方法。
