Description
図3は、本発明によるブレーキシステムの第3実施例を示す。この場合も、重複を避けるため、図1及び図2による実施例との相違点のみを説明する。この目的のため、同様に作動する同じ構成要素には、頭に「2」を付けた、図1及び図2による実施例の上掲の説明におけるのと同じ参照番号を使用する。
図4は、本発明によるブレーキシステムの第4実施例を示す。ここでも、図1、図2、及び図3による上述の実施例との相違点のみを説明する。同様の又は同様に作動する構成要素について、図1、図2、及び図3の説明で使用されたのと同じ参照番号の頭に「3」を付けて使用する。
更に、図4による実施例の発展(図示せず)では、二方向弁388の作用により、排出ライン362をなくすことができるということに着目すべきである。この場合、圧力アキュムレーター366への供給及び圧力アキュムレーターからの放出は、ライン372を介して行われる。
本発明を、通常の作動中に一次ピストンと力入力部材との間の連結を機械的に完全に外したブレーキシステムに関して説明したということに着目されたい。しかしながら、本発明は、力入力部材(及びかくしてブレーキペダル)と一次ピストンとの間の連結をこのように機械的に外さないブレーキシステムでも同様に使用でき、サーボ圧力は、ブレーキペダルの作動によって直接移動される一次ピストンの変位を支持するように作用する。
Claims (10)
- 自動車用ブレーキシステム(310)であって、液圧式制動回路内に制動圧力を発生するための一次ピストン(318)がブレーキペダルの作動に従って変位されるようになっているマスターブレーキシリンダ(316)を含み、前記一次ピストン(318) が、液圧サーボ圧力回路(312)の作用で前記マスターブレーキシリンダ(316)内で変位されるようになっており、前記液圧サーボ圧力回路(312)が、サーボ圧力を発生するための圧力源(350)、及び前記液圧サーボ圧力回路(312)内に最小サーボ圧力を維持するための圧力アキュムレーター(366)を含み、前記圧力アキュムレーター(366)は、供給ライン(372)によって前記サーボ圧力回路(312)に流体的に連結されており、前記供給ライン(372)は、前記圧力アキュムレーター(366)への液圧流体の供給をサーボ圧力回路(312)内のサーボ圧力の関数として制御するための流体供給制御装置を含み、前記液体供給制御装置は積極的に制御できるマニホールド弁(388)を含む、ブレーキシステム(310)において、
前記サーボ圧力を検出するための圧力センサ(382)が前記液圧サーボ圧力回路(312)内に配置されており、前記マニホールド弁(388)は前記圧力センサ(382)によって検出されたサーボ圧力にしたがって制御可能である、

前記圧力源は、モータ(352)によって駆動されるポンプ(350)を含む、

前記サーボ圧力回路(312)が、前記圧力源(350)の下流に連結された逆止弁(360)を含む、
ことを特徴とするブレーキシステム(310)。 - 請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか一項に記載のブレーキシステム(310)において、
前記サーボ圧力回路(312)は、前記マスターブレーキシリンダ(316)と、前記圧力源(350)及び圧力アキュムレーター(366)との間に積極的に制御できるように相互連結されたマニホールド弁(376)、詳細には二方向ソレノイド弁を含む、
ことを特徴とするブレーキシステム(310)。 - 請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のブレーキシステム(310)において、
前記サーボ圧力回路(312)は、前記マスターブレーキシリンダ(316)と液圧流体リザーバ(326)との間に積極的に制御できるように相互連結された別のマニホールド弁(380)、詳細には二方向ソレノイド弁を含む、
ことを特徴とするブレーキシステム(310)。 - 請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか一項に記載のブレーキシステム(310)において、
前記サーボ圧力回路(312)は、圧力の関数として作動でき且つ前記圧力源(350)の下流に連結されたバイパスチャンネル(356、378)を含む、
ことを特徴とするブレーキシステム(310)。 - 請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか一項に記載のブレーキシステム(310)において、
前記圧力アキュムレーター(366)内の液圧を検出するための圧力センサ(390)が前記圧力アキュムレーター(366)と関連している、
ことを特徴とするブレーキシステム(310)。 - 請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか一項に記載のブレーキシステム(310)において、
検出された液圧を評価し、積極的に制御できる構成要素を制御するための制御装置(344)を含む、
