Description
つまり、ポンプによって加圧され脈動を伴ったブレーキ液を、車両の制動モードや要求される制動力に応じて、脈動を低減するダンパ管路か、ダンパを迂回するバイパス管路かを選択的に通過させることが可能になると共に、ダンパ、ダンパ管路、およびバイパス管路の配置の自由度を向上させることができる
<ブレーキシステム、およびブレーキ液圧制御装置の構成説明>
増圧弁23が開放され、減圧弁24が閉鎖され、回路制御弁22が開放され、吸入制御弁26が閉鎖され、ブレーキペダル11が操作された際に、ブレーキペダル11のブレーキレバースイッチBLSの検出信号及び第1の液圧回路30の圧力センサ17、18の検出信号から、ホイールシリンダ14の液圧の不足又は不足の可能性が検知されると、電子制御ユニット10は、アクティブ増圧制御動作を開始する。

バイパス弁39は、カップ状のピストン391及びスプリング392を有している。
スプリング392の一端はピストン391の底部に結合され、他の一端は吐出管路38の終端部に結合されており、スプリング391はポンプにより昇圧されたブレーキ液の流入方向と逆向きにピストン391を付勢している。またピストン391の外壁には、ブレーキ液がピストンの外壁を通じて吐出管路38に逆流しないように、シールリング395が設けられている。
<バイパス弁の動きの説明>
具体的には、バイパス弁の摺動方向とダンパ流入管路36aとで形成される角度が鈍角となるように、また、バイパス弁の摺動方向とバイパス管路37とで形成される角度が鋭角となるようにそれぞれ配置されている。
<本発明のブレーキ液圧制御装置の効果>
Claims (4)
- ポンプ(45)によって昇圧されるブレーキ液が吐出される吐出管路(38)と、
前記吐出管路(38)からブレーキ液が流入するダンパ(27)と、
ブレーキ液が、前記ダンパ(27)に流入したブレーキ液が流出するダンパ管路(36)または前記ダンパ(27)を迂回するバイパス管路(37)のいずれかを選択的に通るようにガイドするバイパス弁(39)と、を備えるブレーキ液圧制御装置において、
前記バイパス弁(39)は、前記ダンパ管路(36)へ通じるダンパ管路開口(393)と、前記バイパス管路(37)へ通じるバイパス管路開口(394)を有するピストン(391)を備え、
前記バイパス弁(39)は、前記ダンパ通路(36)および/または前記バイパス管路(37)に対して傾斜して配置され、
前記ダンパ管路開口(393)、および前記バイパス管路開口(394)は段部を有し、前記ピストン(391)の軸に対し側方に設けられ、
それらの開口面積は、前記ダンパ管路(36)、および前記バイパス管路(37)の開口面積に比して狭く形成されており、
前記ピストン(391)が受ける圧力に応じて、前記ピストン(391)が通常状態から切換状態になることで、前記ダンパ管路開口(393)はダンパ通路(36)との間を遮断し、前記バイパス管路開口(394)と前記バイパス管路(37)とを連通させる
