Description
図1に、本発明の第1実施形態にかかる逆止弁を適用した車両用ブレーキ装置の配管概略図を示す。この図を参照して、本実施形態のブレーキ装置の基本構成について説明する。ただし、図1では逆止弁については簡略化してあり、本発明の特徴部分については図示していないため、特徴部分については後述する図2、図3を参照して説明する。なお、ここでは、右前輪−左後輪、左前輪−右後輪の各配管系統を備えるX配管の油圧回路を構成する車両に対して本実施形態にかかるブレーキ装置を適用した場合について説明する。
本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。図5は本発明の第2実施形態にかかる逆止弁を示す断面図、図6(a)は図5の逆止弁におけるピストン部44単体の側面図、図6(b)は図6(a)のA−A線に沿う断面図である。以下、第1実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明する。
上記各実施形態では、ピストン部44を略円筒状にしたが、ピストン部44は、ピストン部連通孔444やばね収容凹部445を廃止して略円柱状にしてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 流体が流入する入口側流体通路(411)、流体が流出する出口側流体通路(412、417)、および前記入口側流体通路(411)の下流側端部に位置する弁座(413)が形成されたケース(41、42)と、
前記弁座(413)と接離して前記入口側流体通路(411)と前記出口側流体通路(412、417)との間を開閉するとともに、前記入口側流体通路(411)からの流体の流体力により開弁向きに付勢される弁部材(43、44)と、
前記弁部材(43、44)を閉弁方向に付勢するばね(45)とを備え、
前記流体力による開弁向きの付勢力が前記ばね(45)による閉弁向きの付勢力を上回ったときに開弁する逆止弁において、
前記弁部材(43、44)は、往復動するピストン部(44)と、前記ピストン部(44)と別体で、且つ前記ピストン部(44)における前記弁座(413)側に配置されて前記弁座(413)と接離する弁部(43)とを備え、
前記ケース(41、42)は、前記ピストン部(44)を往復動自在に収容するピストン収容筒部(414)を備え、
前記ピストン部(44)は、前記弁部(43)の一部を収容する弁部収容凹部(441)を備え、
前記弁部(43)は、前記ピストン部(44)に対して相対移動可能な状態で前記弁部収容凹部(441)内に配置されるとともに、前記入口側流体通路(411)からの流体の流体力に付勢されて前記弁部収容凹部(441)の壁面に当接し、
前記弁部収容凹部(441)のうち、前記弁部(43)における反弁座側の面と前記弁部収容凹部(441)の壁面との間に形成された反弁座側収容空間(443)が、前記弁部収容凹部(441)の壁面に形成されたピストン部連通溝(446)を介して、前記出口側流体通路(412、417)に連通していることを特徴とする逆止弁。 - 前記弁部収容凹部(441)は、前記ピストン部(44)が前記弁座(413)から最も離れた位置にあるときに前記弁部(43)が前記弁部収容凹部(441)から離脱しない深さに設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の逆止弁。
- ブレーキ操作部材の操作に基づいてブレーキ液圧を発生させるブレーキ液圧発生手段(1、2、3)と、低圧のブレーキ液を高圧化して吐出するポンプ(10)と、請求項1または2に記載の逆止弁(40)とを備えるブレーキ装置であって、
前記逆止弁(40)は、前記ブレーキ液圧発生手段(1、2、3)と前記ポンプ(10)の吐出側との間に配置されて、前記ポンプ(10)から前記ブレーキ液圧発生手段(1、2、3)への流れのみを許容することを特徴とするブレーキ装置。
