Claims (4)
- 円筒状の第1部材と、前記第1部材内に配設されたバルブシートと、弁体と、を有する弁ユニットと、
前記弁ユニットが圧入され、前記弁ユニットのうち前記第1部材における圧入向き先端側と当接する底部を有する孔と、該孔に繋がる2つの管路とを有する第2部材と、を備え、
前記弁ユニットは、前記第1部材を介した前記2つの管路間における液の流通を制御し、
前記第2部材の底部は、前記圧入向き先端側が前記第1部材の径方向内側に変形することを抑制する変形抑制部を備えており、
前記第1部材における圧入向き先端側と前記変形抑制部との当接に伴って、前記2つの管路が区画されていることを特徴とする弁ユニットの圧入固定構造。 - 前記第1部材には、外周面に前記第1部材の径方向外側に向かって突出するスリーブ突起部が周方向に連続して形成され、
前記スリーブ突起部と前記第2部材の内壁面との当接によりシール部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁ユニットの圧入固定構造。 - 前記変形抑制部は、前記第1部材における圧入向き先端側の内周角部が当接する当接面を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の弁ユニットの圧入固定構造。
- 前記当接面は、前記第1部材の圧入向きに沿って拡径するテーパ形状であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の弁ユニットの圧入固定構造。
