Claims (3)
- ケーシング内で回転する回転部の基体部に当該回転部の回転軸に対して放射状に伸びて径外方向に開口する複数のスリットを形成し、各スリットにベーンを突没可能に収容し、ケーシング内で前記基体部の周囲に形成された環状室を前記複数のベーンで区画して複数のポンプ室を形成し、回転部を回転させることで前記ポンプ室の容積を周期的に拡縮させて当該ポンプ室に吸入した流体を吐出するように構成したベーンポンプにおいて、
前記環状室は、円環状のリングの略円筒状の内周面と略円柱状の前記基体部の外周面との間に形成されており、前記回転部を回転させた際には、前記ベーンの先端が前記リングの内周面全周に亘って摺接するようになっており、
前記環状室内に流体を導入する吸入開口は、当該吸入開口の軸方向幅が前記ベーンの軸方向幅よりも狭くなるように形成されており、
前記環状室の、前記ポンプ室が拡張する拡張区間の開始位置から終了位置までの間のうち前記ポンプ室が拡張する拡張区間の中央位置から終了位置までの間となる区間のみに、前記吸入開口を臨ませたことを特徴とするベーンポンプ。 - 前記吸入開口より上流側となる吸入通路の、前記回転軸の径外側となる壁面を、少なくとも前記吸入開口に繋がる部分で、前記環状室の外周面の接線に沿って形成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のベーンポンプ。
- 前記環状室内から流体を吐出する吐出開口より下流側となる吐出通路の、前記回転軸の径外側となる壁面を、少なくとも前記吐出開口に繋がる部分で、前記環状室の外周面の接線に沿って形成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のベーンポンプ。
