Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態1を用いて、本発明の特に請求項1および2に記載の歪検出装置について、図面を参照しながら説明する。
以下、本発明の実施の形態2を用いて、本発明の特に請求項3および4に記載の歪検出装置について、図5を参照しながら本発明の実施の形態1と異なる点についてのみ説明する。
以下、本発明の実施の形態3を用いて、本発明の特に請求項5に記載の歪検出装置について、図7、図8を参照しながら本発明の実施の形態1と異なる点についてのみ説明する。
以下、本発明の実施の形態4を用いて、本発明の特に請求項6に記載の歪検出装置について、図9、図10を参照しながら本発明の実施の形態1と異なる点についてのみ説明する。
以下、本発明の実施の形態5を用いて、本発明の特に請求項7に記載の歪検出装置について、図11を参照しながら本発明の実施の形態1と異なる点についてのみ説明する。基板11の一部を第二の固定部材31と同一の外形形状11Lとする。この構成にすることにより、例えばレーザ溶接の際には両者が突合せ形状となり、溶着時に効率良く溶着深さを得ることができるもので、第二の固定部材31と基板11との溶着強度を上げることができ衝撃印加時に固定位置の破壊限界値を高める効果を有するものである。

Claims (1)
- 固定エリアを有する基板と、
前記固定エリアの中心と各々の軸芯が一致するように、前記基板の第一面、第二面に固定された第一の固定部材および第二の固定部材と、
前記第一の固定部材の軸芯から放射方向に配置され、前記基板の前記固定エリアの外側に位置する複数の歪抵抗素子を有するブリッジ回路と、
前記歪抵抗素子と電気的に接続されて前記基板上に設けられた回路部と、を備え、
前記第二の固定部材の固定面は、前記固定エリアの外側の領域で前記基板の第二面に固定されており、
前記第一の固定部材と前記第二の固定部材が前記基板に溶接または溶着で固定されており、
前記第二の固定部材が固定されている前記基板の一部を円弧状とし、前記第二の固定部材の外形形状と一致させた歪検出装置。
