Description
Claims (5)
- 低露点室に供給される給気エアの流路に設けられ、該給気エアを除湿部材で除湿する除湿ゾーンと、前記除湿部材に再生エアを通過させて該除湿部材を再生させる再生ゾーンとを有する除湿装置を備えた除湿システムにおいて、
前記再生エアの流路にヒートポンプの凝縮器を設け、該凝縮器によって前記再生エアを加熱させ、
前記給気エアの流路には前記ヒートポンプの蒸発器が設けられ、該蒸発器によって前記給気エアが冷却され、
前記給気エアの流路には外気及び前記低露点室からの還気が給気されて前記除湿装置に供給される給入流路を有し、
該給入流路には前記外気のみが通過する前記ヒートポンプの第1の蒸発器と、前記低露点室からの還気及び前記外気との混合空気が通過する前記ヒートポンプの第2の蒸発器を備え、
前記ヒートポンプの前記凝縮器と前記第1の蒸発器及び第2の蒸発器を接続する循環ラインを備え、
前記凝縮器に対し、前記第1の蒸発器及び前記第2の蒸発器を並列に接続してなることを特徴とする除湿システム。 - 前記除湿部材をロータによって保持し、前記除湿ゾーンと前記再生ゾーンとを交互に移動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の除湿システム。
- 前記凝縮器は、前記再生エアの流路に複数設けられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の除湿システム。
- 前記再生エアの流路には、電気ヒータが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1に記載の除湿システム。
- 前記給気エアを分流させて前記除湿部材に通過させ、該除湿部材を通過したエアを再生エアとして前記再生ゾーンに送気する分流ラインを設け、該分流ラインに前記凝縮器を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1に記載の除湿システム。
