Claims (6)
- 物体を絞りおよびしごき加工するダイモジュールであって、
前記モジュールは、
周縁を有する物体受入れ口を画定する内面を有するダイニブと、
前記ダイニブを囲繞するケースと、を具備してなり、
前記ダイニブ内面は、前記物体を絞りまたはしごき加工するために前記物体を前記物体受入れ口を介して受け入れるように構成されており、前記ダイニブはさらに、前記ダイニブ内で完全に密閉されかつ前記物体受入れ口周縁各部の近隣に配置された単一の連続した流体経路を含んでおり、
前記ケースはその周囲に対称に離間された複数の入口を含み、前記入口が流体冷媒を受け入れかつ前記冷媒を前記ダイニブの前記流体経路に供給するように構成されており、前記ケースはさらに複数の出口を含み、前記出口の少なくとも一つが前記流体経路に割り当てられており、前記出口は、前記流体冷媒が前記ダイニブの前記流体経路から前記ケース外に流れて出られるように構成されており、
前記流体経路は、前記冷媒が前記ダイニブ内面へ接触するのを阻止するように構成されており、かつ、前記対称に離間された入口によって前記流体冷媒が前記ダイニブを均一に冷却可能となっており、
前記受入れ口周縁が円筒状に形成され、前記単一の連続した流体経路が、前記物体受入れ口の前記円筒状に形成された周縁周囲に沿って配置され、
前記複数の出口が前記ケース周囲に対称に配置されたことを特徴とするダイモジュール。 - 前記出口の一つが前記流体経路に割り当てられ、前記流体経路が前記物体受入れ口の前記円筒状に形成された周縁の各部近隣に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイモジュール。
- 缶成形ダイアセンブリであって、
複数のダイモジュールであって、パンチが前記各ダイモジュールに挿通可能となるよう直線的に配置された複数のダイモジュールを具備してなり、
前記各モジュールが、
周縁を有する物体受入れ口を画定する内面を有するダイニブと、
前記ダイニブを囲繞するケースと、を具備してなり、
前記ダイニブ内面は、前記物体を絞りまたはしごき加工するために前記物体を前記物体受入れ口を介して受け入れるように構成されており、前記ダイニブはさらに、前記ダイニブ内で完全に密閉されかつ前記物体受入れ口周縁各部の近隣に配置された単一の連続した流体経路を含んでおり、
前記ケースはその周囲に対称に離間された複数の入口を含み、前記入口が流体冷媒を受け入れかつ前記冷媒を前記ダイニブの前記流体経路に供給するように構成されており、前記ケースはさらに複数の出口を含み、前記出口の少なくとも一つが前記流体経路に割り当てられており、前記出口は、前記流体冷媒が前記ダイニブの前記流体経路から前記ケース外に流れて出られるように構成されており、
前記流体経路は、前記冷媒が前記ダイニブ内面へ接触するのを阻止するように構成されており、かつ、前記対称に離間された入口によって前記流体冷媒が前記ダイニブを均一に冷却可能となっており、
前記受入れ口周縁が円筒状に形成され、前記単一の連続した流体経路が、前記物体受入れ口の前記円筒状に形成された周縁周囲に沿って配置され、
前記複数の出口が前記ケース周囲に対称に配置されたことを特徴とする缶成形ダイアセンブリ。 - 前記出口の一つが前記流体経路に割り当てられ、前記流体経路が前記物体受入れ口の前記円筒状に形成された周縁の各部近隣に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の缶成形ダイアセンブリ。
- 物体を絞りおよびしごき加工するダイモジュール構成であって、
前記モジュールが、
流体予熱媒質と、
周縁を有する物体受入れ口を画定する内面を有するダイニブと、
前記ダイニブを囲繞するケースと、を具備してなり、
前記ダイニブ内面は、前記物体を絞りまたはしごき加工するために前記物体を前記物体受入れ口を介して受け入れるように構成されており、前記ダイニブはさらに、前記ダイニブ内で完全に密閉されかつ前記物体受入れ口周縁の近隣に配置された単一の連続した流体経路を含んでおり、
前記ケースはその周囲に対称に離間された複数の入口を含み、前記入口が流体予熱媒質を受け入れかつ前記予熱媒質を前記ダイニブの前記流体経路に供給するように構成されており、前記ケースはさらに複数の出口を含み、前記出口の少なくとも一つが前記流体経路に割り当てられており、前記出口は、前記流体予熱媒質が前記ダイニブの前記流体経路から前記ケース外に流れて出られるように構成されており、
前記流体経路は、前記予熱媒質が前記ダイニブ内面へ接触するのを阻止するように構成されており、かつ、前記対称に離間された入口によって前記流体予熱媒質が前記ダイニブを均一に予熱可能となっており、
前記受入れ口周縁が円筒状に形成され、前記単一の連続した流体経路が、前記物体受入れ口の前記円筒状に形成された周縁周囲に沿って配置され、
前記複数の出口が前記ケース周囲に対称に配置されたことを特徴とするダイモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも一つの入口に前記ケース周囲に対称に配置された複数の入口を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のダイモジュール。
