Claims (19)
- 熱可塑性加工用のプラスチック成形材料からプラスチック部品を製造する二層射出成形方法であって、プラスチック部品は、露出部分と機能部分から成る断面を有し、露出部分用のプラスチック成形材料は、効果顔料を付加した透明又は半透明のマトリックスを備える二層射出成形方法において、
第1露出金型部分と第1コア金型部分によって限定される第1キャビティを有する第1金型において、露出面と、露出面と反対側に位置するコア面とを有する露出部分のプラスチック成形材料の射出成形と凝固を行うステップa)と、
第1露出金型部分を第1コア金型部分から離隔移動させることにより、第1金型を分割線に沿って開放するステップb)と、
露出部分を有するレセプタクル金型部分と第2コア金型部分によって限定される第2キャビティ内に露出部分を有する第2金型を閉鎖するステップc)と、
露出部分と機能部分の間の成形材料付着性を発生させるために、露出部分のコア面上で機能部分のプラスチック成形材料の射出成形と凝固を行うステップd)と、
第2金型を開放してプラスチック部品を取出すステップe)とを備え、
レセプタクル金型部分が第1露出金型部分と異なり、又、露出部分が、ステップa)の第1の射出成形作業の後に第1露出金型部分から取出されると共に、ステップd)の第2の射出成形作業用のレセプタクル金型部分に挿入され、
又、各露出部分に対して、フローマーク又はニットライン等の不規則部を防止するために、流れを最適化するように配置された単一の射出ノズル又はカスケード射出成形方法における少なくとも2個の射出ノズルが使用され、更に、露出部分用のプラスチック成形材料は、脂肪族、脂環式又は芳香族モノマーから成るポリアミド;環状オレフィンコポリマー;ポリメチルメタクリレート;ポリメチルメタクリイミド;ポリカーボネート及びポリカーボネートコポリマーとそのブレンド;ポリスチレン及びアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン重合体;スチレンアクリロニトリル;アクリロニトリルスチレン及び他のスチレンコポリマー及びそのブレンド;セルロースエステル;ポリイミド樹脂及びポリエーテルイミド;ポリスルホン及びポリエーテルスルホン;ポリフェニレン;とポリアクリル酸エステルを包含するポリマー群並びに前記ポリマーの混合物又はブレンドから選択された少なくとも1個の透明ポリマーを備え、
露出部分が、大略一様な層厚さで製造されると共に、前記露出部分を支持及び安定化する機能部分より薄く製造される二層射出成形方法。 - 露出部分の第1露出金型部分からの取出しとレセプタクル金型部分への挿入が、露出部分上に残された少なくとも1個のボスを把持することにより実行される請求項1に記載の二層射出成形方法。
- 露出部分がレセプタクル金型部分に挿入される時、露出部分が、露出部分上に残された少なくとも1個のボスにより心出しされる請求項1に記載の二層射出成形方法。
- 機能部分が、露出部分とは異なる物理的又は化学的特性を示す請求項1に記載の二層射出成形方法。
- 効果顔料が、カラーコンセントレートとして予備混合されると共に、マスターバッチ又は液体分散として射出成形スクリューのフィーダーに計量供給されるか又は、適当な粒質物が、配合によって生産されると共に、この形態で射出成形機に使用される請求項1に記載の二層射出成形方法。
- 効果顔料が、メタリック顔料(特に、非染色又は染色アルミニウムフレーク、又は、アルミニウムもしくは金・青銅顔料)、干渉顔料、真珠箔顔料、鉱物マイカとそれらの混合物を備える群から選択される請求項1に記載の二層射出成形方法。
- メタリック顔料が、非染色及びカラーバーニッシュ処理したアルミニウムフレークとアルミニウム及び金・青銅顔料を備える群から選択される請求項6に記載の二層射出成形方法。
- 露出部分用のプラスチック成形材料が、ポリアミドとコポリアミドを含むポリマー群並びに前記ポリマーの混合物又はブレンドから選択された少なくとも1個の透明ポリマーを備え、又、該ポリマー群が、以下の群:
6〜14個のC原子を有する枝分れ又は枝なし脂肪族ジアミン;
6〜22個のC原子を有する脂環式ジアミン;
8〜22個のC原子を有するアラリファティックジアミン;
6〜22個のC原子を有する枝分れ又は枝なし脂肪族ジカルボン酸;
6〜22個のC原子を有する脂環式ジカルボン酸;
8〜22個のC原子を有するアラリファティックジカルボン酸;
8〜22個のC原子を有する芳香族ジカルボン酸;と
6〜12個のC原子を有するラクタム又は対応するω−アミノカルボニック酸
から選択されたモノマーから生産される請求項1に記載の二層射出成形方法。 - 露出部分用のプラスチック成形材料が、PA MACM12、PA PACM12、PA12/MACMIとPA MACM/PACM12を含むポリマー群並びに前記ポリマーのブレンドから選択された少なくとも1個の透明ポリマーを備える請求項1に記載の二層射出成形方法。
- 紫外線安定剤、紫外線吸収剤とそれらの混合物の群から選択された少なくとも1個の添加剤が、露出部分用のプラスチック成形材料に付加される請求項1に記載の二層射出成形方法。
- インモールドプレス成形が、露出部分の射出成形に使用される請求項1に記載の二層射出成形方法。
- 機能部分用のプラスチック成形材料が、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、ポリカーボネート、熱可塑性エラストマー、スチレンブロックコポリマー、シリコーン、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン重合体とPVCを含むポリマー群並びに前記ポリマーのブレンド又はリサイクル製品から選択された少なくとも1個の射出成形用ポリマーを備える請求項1に記載の二層射出成形方法。
- 機能部分用のプラスチック成形材料が、ブレンド成分の少なくとも1個が露出部分との成形材料付着性に寄与する前記ポリマー群又は前記ブレンドから選択された少なくとも1個の射出成形用ポリマーを備える請求項12に記載の二層射出成形方法。
- 機能部分用のプラスチック成形材料が、露出部分用のプラスチック成形材料に含有されるポリマーと同一のポリマーを備える請求項12に記載の二層射出成形方法。
- 機能部分と露出部分の間の成形材料付着性を改善するために、付着性改質剤が、機能部分用のプラスチック成形材料又は露出部分用のプラスチック成形材料又は機能部分用のプラスチック成形材料と露出部分用のプラスチック成形材料の両方に付加される請求項1に記載の二層射出成形方法。
- 囲い、囲い部品又は電気装置、電子装置、通信装置、セキュリティ装置、医用装置、家庭用又は個人用衛生装置の他の部品を製造するために使用する請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載の二層射出成形方法。
- スポーツ又はレジャー装備、ファッションアクセサリ、玩具又はそれらの部品を製造するために使用する請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載の二層射出成形方法。
