Description
Claims (12)
- 流体の流れを制御する装置であって、
a.回転子流体連通手段と、少なくとも1つの回転子負荷支持面とを有する回転子を備え、前記少なくとも1つの回転子負荷支持面が、固定負荷支持面と密封可能に係合し、前記回転子が、回転によって第1の位置と第2の位置をとることが可能であり、前記装置がさらに、
b.固定子流体連通手段を有する前記固定負荷支持面を有する少なくとも1つの固定子を備え、前記固定負荷支持面が、前記回転子負荷支持面と密封可能に係合し、前記回転子が前記固定子に対して回転できるようにし、前記第1の位置で、前記回転子流体連通手段と前記固定子流体連通手段とが、流体の流れを防止し、前記第2の位置で、前記回転子流体連通手段と前記固定子流体連通手段とが、流体を流れるようにし、前記回転子負荷支持面と前記固定負荷支持面とのうち少なくとも一方が、ダイアモンド状の炭素シリカコーティングを有し、前記装置がさらに、
c.前記少なくとも1つの固定子と前記回転子を、前記回転子負荷支持面と前記固定負荷支持面が密封可能に係合された状態で保持する圧縮手段を備え、前記ダイアモンド状の炭素シリカコーティングが、低摩擦および硬度増大をもたらして、前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間の繰り返し移動を可能にする、装置。 - 前記圧縮手段が、ハウジングであり、前記ハウジングが、前記回転子を受けるチャンバと、前記少なくとも1つの固定子を保持する手段とを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記固定子流体連通手段が、前記固定子の少なくとも1つの固定子開口部であり、前記少なくとも1つの固定子開口部が、導管と流体連通するように配置される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子流体連通手段が、少なくとも1つの開口部を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子流体連通手段が、2つ以上の固定子開口部を流体連通するように配置するチャネルを有する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ダイアモンド状の炭素シリカコーティングが、40%〜90%の炭素と、20%〜40%の水素と、0.01%〜5%のシリカ炭素である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ダイアモンド状の炭素シリカコーティングが、DLCコーティングである、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子と前記固定子のうちの少なくとも一方が、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、テトラフルオロエチレン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンとテトラフルオロエチレンの混合物、ステンレススチール、チタニウム、およびアルミニウムから選択される材料から構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ポリエーテルエーテルケトンとテトラフルオロエチレンの混合物の1つが、50%〜90%のポリエーテルエーテルケトンと、10%〜50%のテトラフルオロエチレンとを有する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記ポリエーテルエーテルケトンとテトラフルオロエチレンの混合物の1つが、60%〜80%のポリエーテルエーテルケトンと、20%〜40%のテトラフルオロエチレンとを有する請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子と前記固定子のうちの少なくとも一方が、ステンレススチール、チタニウム、およびアルミニウムから構成され、前記回転子と前記固定子のうちの少なくとも一方が、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、テトラフルオロエチレン、およびポリエーテルエーテルケトンとテトラフルオロエチレンの混合物から構成され、前記回転子と前記固定子が、ステンレススチール、チタニウム、アルミニウムから構成され、前記ダイアモンド状の炭素シリカコーティングを有する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記回転子が、3つ以上の位置をとることが可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
