Claims (13)
- バルブ組立体において、
出口まで延びる流路を持ち、前記流路内及び前記出口の周囲に弁座を形成するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置された摺動板であって、前記弁座と接触し、前記流路を通る流れを遮断する閉鎖位置と、前記流路を通る流れを許容する開放位置との間で、前記流路の長さ方向軸線方向に対して横方向に移動自在の摺動板とを含み、
前記摺動板には、前記摺動板が閉鎖位置にあるが前記流路が完全に閉鎖されていないとき、前記摺動板と前記弁座との間に所定量の導通性を提供するための少なくとも一つの通路が形成され、
前記摺動板は、前記出口から遠ざかる方に向いた第1面と、前記出口に向かって面する第2面と、前記流路とほぼ平行に延びる半径方向外方に面する側壁とを有し、
前記摺動板と前記弁座との間に所定量の導通性を提供するための前記通路は、前記摺動板の前記第2面及び前記側壁に形成され、且つ前記摺動板の前記第2面から前記側壁まで延びる穴を有し、前記穴の入口が前記側壁に形成されるのに対し、前記穴の出口は前記第2面に形成され、
前記穴の前記出口に亘って位置決めされた移動自在のドアを含み、前記移動自在のドアは弾性的に撓むことができる閉鎖状態に押圧されたばね板を含む、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記通路は、前記第2面に形成された、前記摺動板の前記側壁まで延びる溝を含む、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記通路は、前記第2面に形成された、前記摺動板の前記側壁まで延びる多数の溝を含む、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記摺動板は、前記流路内で枢動自在である、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項4に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記摺動板は、前記流路から外れた第1開放位置と、前記摺動板が前記流路内に枢動してあるが前記出口の前記弁座から軸線方向に間隔が隔てられた第2開放位置との間で枢動自在であり、次いで、前記出口の前記弁座と接触した実質的に閉鎖された位置まで前記流路内で軸線方向に移動自在である、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項5に記載のバルブ組立体において、更に、
前記摺動板に連結されたシャフトを含み、この連結は、前記シャフトから横方向に延びるアームを介して行われ、前記シャフトは、前記シャフトの長さ方向軸線を中心として回転するように前記ハウジング内に少なくとも部分的に取り付けられており、これにより、前記摺動板を前記流路内に前記第2開放位置まで回転させることができ、更に、前記流路の前記軸線と実質的に平行に移動させ、前記摺動板を前記流路内で軸線方向に、前記出口の前記弁座と接触した実質的に閉鎖された位置まで移動させることができる、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項6に記載のバルブ組立体において、更に、
前記シャフトの回転移動と平行移動の組み合わせを提供するため、前記シャフトと前記ハウジングとの間に連結されたカム機構を含む、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項7に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記カム機構は、
前記ハウジングが形成するカム面と、
前記シャフトに固定されており、前記ハウジングの前記カム面と係合するカム従動体とを含む、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項7に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記カム機構は、前記シャフトの平行移動を提供し、前記摺動板を前記出口の前記弁座から遠ざかる方向に常に押圧するためのばねを含む、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記流路は、前記入口から前記出口まで延び、前記流路内に及び前記入口の周囲に弁座を形成し、前記組立体は、更に、
前記流路内に、前記入口の前記弁座と前記摺動板との間に同軸に位置決めされたシールリングを含み、該シールリングは、前記摺動板と前記入口の前記弁座との間にシールを提供するため、前記流路内で前記摺動板に向かって軸線方向に移動自在である、バルブ組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体において、更に、前記摺動板を前記出口の前記弁座から遠ざかる方向に常に押圧するばねを含む、バルブ組立体。
- 請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体を備えた、高純度ガス送出装置において、更に、
前記バルブ組立体を通して真空ポンプに連結された処理チャンバを含む、高純度ガス送出装置。 - 請求項5に記載のバルブ組立体において、
前記摺動板と前記弁座との間に所定量の導通性を提供するための通路が、前記摺動板及び前記弁座の両方に形成されている、バルブ組立体。
