<メインフィルタ1の構成>
入力BPF:2次BPFを2段接続
BPF:上側4次、下側4次
出力BPF:2次BPFを2段接続
2 ダミーフィルタ
3 位相比較器
4 ループフィルタ
5 第1のオペアンプ
6 インタフェース回路
7 第2のオペアンプ
11 第3のオペアンプ
21 定電流回路
22 MOSダイオード
R7,R8 第1の分圧用抵抗
R9,R10 第2の分圧用抵抗
Claims (1)
- 入力信号に対して本来のフィルタリング処理を行うメインフィルタと、
上記メインフィルタと同じ形式で構成されたダミーフィルタと、
上記ダミーフィルタの制御電圧を生成する制御ループの利得を上げるために設けられた第1のオペアンプと、
上記第1のオペアンプより出力される上記ダミーフィルタの制御電圧を変換して上記メインフィルタの制御電圧を生成するインタフェース回路とを備え、
上記インタフェース回路は第2のオペアンプと、
上記メインフィルタについて所望の周波数特性を得るのに必要な上記メインフィルタの制御電圧の理想値と上記ダミーフィルタについて所望の周波数特性を得るのに必要な上記ダミーフィルタの制御電圧の理想値との差に等しい値の電圧を、上記第2のオペアンプの基準電圧として発生させて上記第2のオペアンプに供給する基準電圧発生回路と、を備えるフィルタの自動調整装置であって、
上記基準電圧発生回路は、電源に接続された定電流回路と、上記定電流回路に接続され、そのドレインとゲートとが接続されたMOSダイオードと、上記MOSダイオードのしきい値電圧を抵抗比に応じて分圧し、その分圧した電圧を上記基準電圧として出力する第2の分圧用抵抗とを備えることを特徴とするフィルタの自動調整装置。
