DHT−4VTM:キスマ・ケミカルズBVから入手可能な、式Mg4.5Al2(OH)13CO3・3.5H2Oに相当するハイドロタルサイト
フルオロエラストマー組成物の硬化およびレオロジー特性は次の試験方法を用いて評価した。
物理的性質試験は、150×150×2mmシートをプレスし、180℃金型温度で15分間硬化させ、引き続いて約180℃に維持された循環空気オーブン中でシートを2時間加熱することによって後硬化処理した後に行った。
破断引張強度、破断伸びおよび100%伸びでの応力は、DIN(ドイツ工業標準規格)53504(S2ダイ)に従って1kNロードセルでインストロン(Instron)TM機械試験機を用いて測定した。試験検体ストリップ(ダンベル)を後硬化シートからカットした。すべての試験を、200mm/分の一定のクロスヘッド変位速度で5回実施した。報告する値は5試験の平均値であった。硬度ショアA(2インチ)、100%伸びでの応力、破断伸び、および破断引張強度は、それぞれ、メガパスカル(MPa)、%、およびMPaの単位で報告した。
実施例1〜3および比較例C−1〜C−3
実施例1〜3および比較例C−1〜C−3で、硬化性組成物は、2−ロール・ミルで表1に示すような配合物を混ぜ合わせることに製造した。配合物は、ゴム工業界での習慣であるように100重量部のフルオロポリマー当たりの重量部(phr)で提示する。実施例1〜3は表1に示すようなレベルでハイドロタルサイトを含有し、比較例C−1〜C−3はハイドロタルサイトの添加なしで製造した。酸受容体として、比較例C−1およびC−3は3phrCa(OH)2を含有し、比較例C−2は3phrMgOを含有した。硬化したサンプルを、表2に示す温度および時間で水の添加ありまたは添加なしのバイオディーゼルに曝した。体積膨潤度を表2に記録する。硬化したサンプルの物理的性質は、それらを開放系中150℃で、504時間の還流で、バイオディーゼルまたは実施例2についてはバイオディーゼル+5%H2Oに浸漬し、引き続き150℃で22時間乾燥する前および乾燥した後に測定した。結果を表3に示す。
Claims (2)
- 燃料と接触する表面であって、ハイドロタルサイト化合物が層中に分散されたフルオロエラストマー層を含む表面を有し、前記燃料が生物起源のディーゼル燃料である、燃料管理システムの部材。
- 燃料管理システムの部材のフルオロエラストマー層においてハイドロタルサイト化合物を使用して、フルオロエラストマー層が生物起源のディーセル燃料と接触した時に前記フルオロエラストマー層の膨潤を防止または低減する方法。
