Claims (6)
- 車輪に摩擦制動力を加える摩擦手段(3FL,3FR)と、
前記車輪に回生制動力を加えるモータ(2)と、
前記車輪がロック傾向になったときに前記摩擦制動力を制御して車輪のロックを防止するアンチロック制御手段(S8)と、
アンチロック制御開始時に減少することで車輪のロック傾向を解消することができる程度の大きさをもつ回生制動力の設定値をあらかじめ設定する設定値設定手段(S 5 )と、
そのアンチロック制御手段(S8)による制御開始前に前記回生制動力を減少させて前記設定値設定手段(S 5 )により設定された前記設定値に保持するとともにその回生制動力の減少に応じて前記摩擦制動力を増加させる制動比率調整手段(S64,S65,S68)と、
その制動比率調整手段(S64,S65,S68)で前記設定値に保持された前記回生制動力を前記アンチロック制御手段(S8)による制御開始時に減少させる回生制動解除手段(S61,S70)と
を有する車両用ブレーキ装置。 - 路面の摩擦係数を検知する摩擦係数検知手段(S4)を設け、前記制動比率調整手段(S64,S65,S68)は、その摩擦係数検知手段(S4)で検知した摩擦係数に基づいて前記設定値を設定する請求項1に記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。
- 前記制動比率調整手段(S64,S65,S68)は、前記摩擦係数検知手段(S4)で検知した摩擦係数の路面で生じる最大摩擦力の半分を前記設定値として設定する請求項2に記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。
- 前記制動比率調整手段が、前記車輪のスリップ率を検知するスリップ率検知手段(S23)と、前記アンチロック制御手段(S8)による制御開始前に前記スリップ率の増加に応じて前記回生制動力を減少させて前記設定値に保持する回生制動力調整手段(S64,S65)と、その回生制動力調整手段(S64,S65)による回生制動力の減少に応じて前記摩擦制動力を増加させる摩擦制動力調整手段(S68)とからなる請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。
- 前記回生制動力調整手段(S64,S65)が、前記スリップ率の減少に応じて前記回生制動力を増加させるとともに、前記摩擦制動力調整手段(S68)が、前記回生制動力の増加に応じて前記摩擦制動力を減少させる請求項4に記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。
- 前記制動比率調整手段(S64,S65,S68)は、前記車輪のスリップ率が制動比率調整開始しきい値を超えたときに制動比率調整を開始し、前記アンチロック制御手段(S8)は、前記車輪のスリップ率が、前記制動比率調整開始しきい値よりも大きいABS制御開始しきい値を超えたときに、車輪がロック傾向になったときの前記摩擦制動力の制御を開始する請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。
