軽質キャットナフサを、五つの異なる留分に蒸留して、ナフサ分解における原料材の効果を検討した。蒸留は、ナフサ蒸留のASTM規格(ASTM D−86)にしたがって行われた。蒸留された軽質キャットナフサについて、原料材成分の特性の結果を表1に示す。
小さなベンチ反応器における一連の試験を、軽質キャットナフサの種々の沸点留分について行った。全ての試験は、ZSM−5中細孔ゼオライト触媒0.3gの固定床により、575℃、72hr−1WHSVで行われた。分解試験の前に、ZSM−5触媒は、100%スチームを用いて816℃および1気圧で16時間スチーミングすることによって、それをエージングした。
ZSM−5に加えて、軽質キャットナフサの種々の沸点留分をまた、SAPO−11触媒を用いて試験した。SAP−11の場合には、ゼオライトは、新規のまま試験された。他の点では、SAPO−11による実験で用いられた手順は、名目的には、ZSM−5による実験と同一であった。結果を表3に示す。
Claims (12)
- ナフサ沸点範囲の原料ストリームからプロピレンを増量して製造するための方法であって、該方法は、
(a)ナフサ沸点範囲の原料ストリームを分留して、少なくともC6リッチ留分およびC6リーン留分を製造し、その際、C6リッチ留分は、少なくとも50wt%のC6化合物を含み、C6リーン留分は、残りのC6化合物を含む工程、
(b)該C6リーン留分の少なくとも一部分を反応段中に注入し、その際、該反応段は、平均細孔直径0.7nm未満を有する少なくとも一種のモレキュラーシーブを含む分解触媒を含み、しかも該C6リーン留分は、該分解触媒と500℃〜700℃の温度で接触し、それにより少なくとも生成物ストリームを得る工程、
(c)該C6リッチ留分の少なくとも一部分を、C6リーン留分の注入点から下流の場所で反応段中に注入する工程、
(d)工程(b)の該生成物ストリームの少なくとも一部分を分留して、少なくともプロピレンリッチ留分を製造する工程、および
(e)プロピレンリッチ留分の少なくとも一部分を収集する工程を含むことを特徴とするプロピレンの増量製造方法。 - ナフサ沸点範囲の原料ストリームからプロピレンを増量して製造するための方法であって、該方法は、
(a)ナフサ沸点範囲の原料ストリームを分留して、少なくともC6リッチ留分およびC6リーン留分を製造し、その際、C6リッチ留分は、少なくとも50wt%のC6化合物を含み、C6リーン留分は、残りのC6化合物を含む工程、
(b)該C6リーン留分の少なくとも一部分を反応段に送り、その際、該反応段は、平均細孔直径0.7nm未満を有する少なくとも一種のモレキュラーシーブを含む分解触媒を含み、しかも該C6リーン留分は、該分解触媒と500℃〜700℃の温度で接触し、それにより少なくとも生成物ストリームを得る工程、
(c)該C6リッチ留分の少なくとも一部分を、C6リーン留分の注入点から下流の点で反応段中に注入する工程、
(d)工程(b)の該生成物ストリームの少なくとも一部分を分留して、少なくともプロピレンリッチ留分、C6リッチ生成物留分およびC6リーン生成物留分を製造する工程、および
(e)プロピレンリッチ留分およびC6リーン生成物留分の少なくとも一部分を収集し、C6リッチ生成物留分の少なくとも一部分を、C6リーン留分の注入点から下流の点で反応段にリサイクルする工程
を含むことを特徴とするプロピレンの増量製造方法。 - 前記少なくとも一種のモレキュラーシーブは、ゼオライトおよびシリコアルミノホスフェートからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のプロピレンの増量製造方法。
- 前記少なくとも一種のモレキュラーシーブは、中細孔ゼオライトであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプロピレンの増量製造方法。
- 前記中細孔ゼオライトは、ZSM−5、ZSM−11、ZSM−12、ZSM−22、ZSM−23、ZSM−48およびZSM−50からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のプロピレンの増量製造方法。
- 前記シリコアルミノホスフェートは、SAPO−11、SAPO−34、SAPO−41およびSAPO−42からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のプロピレンの増量製造方法。
- 前記モレキュラ−シーブは、クロモシリケート、ガリウムシリケート、鉄シリケート、アルミニウムホスフェート(ALPO)、チタンアルミノシリケート(TASO)、ボロンシリケート、チタンアルミノホスフェート(TAPO)および鉄アルミノシリケートからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のプロピレンの増量製造方法。
- 前記分解触媒は、さらに、無機酸化物母材成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプロピレンの増量製造方法。
- 前記無機酸化物母材成分は、触媒的に不活性であり、珪素およびアルミニウムの酸化物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のプロピレンの増量製造方法。
- 前記C6リッチ留分の少なくとも一部分は、C6リーン留分の注入点から下流の場所で反応段中に注入され、その際、C6リッチ留分の液空間速度は、10hr−1超であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロピレンの増量製造方法。
- 前記反応段は、一つ以上の固定床反応器または反応領域からなり、そのそれぞれは、同一または異なる分解触媒を有する一つ以上の触媒床を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロピレンの増量製造方法。
- 反応器間、または同一反応器内の触媒床間の段間冷却または加熱が、最適反応温度を保持するために採用されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のプロピレンの増量製造方法。
