Description
(1)請求項1の発明において、多板クラッチ15とクラッチレバー軸20とを近接配置し、
パワーユニット上面視において、クラッチレバー軸20を遠心クラッチ11と多板クラッチ15との間に配置したので、パワーユニット全体の配置がコンパクトとなる。
(2)請求項2の発明によって、クラッチケーブルがパワーユニットの左右から食み出さないので、車体幅に影響を与えることが無く、パワーユニットを車体に搭載した時、全体の配置がコンパクトとなる。
Claims (2)
- クランク軸(7)と変速機軸(8)が車両の前後方向に平行に配置され、
発進用遠心クラッチ(11)と変速用手動式多板クラッチ(15)とを備えたパワーユニットのクラッチレバー軸(20)の配置構造において、
前記発進用遠心クラッチ(11)と前記変速用手動式多板クラッチ(15)とが、それぞれクランク軸(7)と変速機メイン軸(8)の前部に配置され、
前記変速用手動式多板クラッチ(15)のクラッチレバー軸(20)が、前記変速用手動式多板クラッチ(15)のリフタピン(56)の端部の近傍において、摩擦板圧迫方向に対して直角かつほぼ鉛直上向きに配置され、
前記パワーユニット上面視において、前記クラッチレバー軸(20)が前記発進用遠心クラッチ(11)と前記手動式多板クラッチ(15)との間に配置され、
一端が前記変速用手動式クラッチ(15)の前記クラッチレバー軸(20)につながり、他端が車両のハンドルに設けられたクラッチ操作レバー(62)につながるクラッチケーブル(23)は、前記両クラッチ(11)(15)を覆うクラッチカバー(12)(16)の上部に配置され、
前記クランク軸(7)と同軸上の前記発進用遠心クラッチ(11)は、前記ハンドルに設けられた前記クラッチ操作レバー(62)の配置位置と同じ側で、かつ、前記変速用手動式多板クラッチ(15)よりも高い位置に配置されると共に、該変速用手動式多板クラッチ(15)は、前記クラッチ操作レバー(62)の配置位置と反対側に配置されたことを特徴とするクラッチレバー軸の配置構造。 - 前記クラッチケーブル(23)を支持するケーブル案内部材(24)は、前記クラッチレバー軸(20)の外側端に取付けられたクラッチレバー(21)より上方に位置して前記クラッチカバー(12)(16)に取付けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のクラッチレバー軸の配置構造。
