Claims (13)
- 固定子と、
前記固定子に空隙を介して配置された回転子と、
前記回転子の鉄心の内部に周方向に設けられた複数の磁極と、を有し、
前記回転子の磁極間鉄心部分にスリットを設けるとともに、
前記磁極と前記磁極間鉄心部分の間には磁気的空隙が設けられており、
前記スリットと前記磁極の間の鉄心部分は、前記回転子の回転によって前記磁極及び前記磁極の外側の回転子鉄心部分に遠心力が発生し、当該遠心力によって前記スリットと前記磁極の間の鉄心部分に応力がかかったときに、圧縮応力を生じさせる部位を有し、
前記回転子の外周から前記磁気的空隙の内周側端部までの寸法に比べ、前記回転子の外周から前記スリットの底部までの寸法が長い回転電機。 - 請求項1記載の回転電機であって、
当該スリットと前記磁極の間の鉄心部分は、前記圧縮応力を生じさせる部位によって、当該鉄心部分に生じる応力が分散されている回転電機。 - 請求項1記載の回転電機であって、
前記磁気的空隙の径方向長さは、前記磁極の径方向長さよりも小さく、さらに前記磁気的空隙と前記磁極の径方向外周面は、ほぼ同一の径方向深さに位置しており、
前記スリットは、周方向の幅が径方向に略同一に設けられている回転電機。 - 請求項1記載の回転電機であって、
前記磁気的空隙の径方向長さは、前記磁極の径方向長さよりも小さく、さらに前記磁気的空的と前記磁極の径方向外周面は、ほぼ同一の径方向深さに位置しており、
前記スリットは、前記磁気的空隙に対して径方向に対応する部位では、周方向の幅が径方向に略同一に設けられており、前記磁気的空隙よりも径方向内側の部位では、周方向幅が前記磁気的空隙に対応している部位よりも大きい回転電機。 - 請求項1記載の回転電機であって、
前記磁極に対して周方向に隣接した鉄心部分は、前記磁気的空隙に周方向に隣接している部分から前記磁極に向かって湾曲する部位を有する回転電機。 - 請求項1記載の回転電機であって、
前記スリットの開口部のうち、反磁極側の部位に切欠きを設けた回転電機。 - 請求項1記載の回転電機であって、
前記スリットの開口部に比べ、前記スリットの底部が前記回転子の磁極中央方向に形成されている回転電機。 - 請求項7記載の回転電機であって、
前記スリットと前記非磁性部の間に存在する前記回転子鉄心の前記回転子周方向における厚さが、前記スリットの底部と磁石挿入孔の間に存在する前記回転子鉄心の前記回転子周方向における厚さと略等しい回転電機。 - 請求項1記載の回転電機であって、
前記磁極間鉄心部分は、前記固定子の起磁力によるリラクタンストルクを発生する補助磁極としての機能を有する回転電機。 - 請求項1記載の回転電機であって、
それぞれ前記磁極は、複数の永久磁石を周方向に同一磁極方向に並べたものである回転電機。 - 請求項1記載の回転電機であって、
それぞれ前記磁極は、複数の永久磁石を周方向に同一磁極方向に並べたものであり、軸方向断面形状が、前記固定子側に開口するV字型に設けられている回転電機。 - 請求項1記載の回転電機であって、
前記固定子は、環状のヨーク鉄心と、該ヨーク鉄心から径方向に突出した複数のティース鉄心から構成されている固定子鉄心と、該固定子鉄心に装着された固定子巻線とを有する回転電機。 - 内燃機関の駆動力と、請求項1記載の回転電機の駆動力とによって駆動されるハイブリッド自動車。
