Claims (5)
- 圧電素子と、前記圧電素子によって駆動される駆動部と、前記駆動部との間の摩擦力によって前記駆動部に対して移動する移動部と、前記移動部が所定の位置に存在することを検出する所定位置検出手段と、前記圧電素子への電力の供給の制御を行う供給制御手段とを備え、
前記供給制御手段は、前記制御を行って前記移動部を移動させる移動制御モードと、前記移動制御モードより前に行われる前処理モードとを動作モードとして有し、前記前処理モードにおいて、前記所定位置検出手段による検出結果に基づいて前記制御を行うことによって前記所定の位置を基準として前記移動部に往復移動を行わせ、前記移動制御モードにおいて、前記往復移動の往路における前記電力の供給時間と、前記往復移動の復路における前記供給時間と、前記移動部の移動方向とに基づいて前記供給時間を調整して前記制御を行うことを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 前記供給制御手段は、前記前処理モードにおいて、前記往復移動の往路における前記供給時間と、前記往復移動の復路における前記供給時間とに基づいて前記移動方向に応じた前記供給時間の調整量を算出し、前記移動制御モードにおいて、前記移動方向及び前記調整量に基づいて前記供給時間を調整して前記制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記所定の位置から所定の距離離れた他の位置に前記移動部が存在することを検出する他位置検出手段を備え、
前記供給制御手段は、前記前処理モードにおいて、前記所定位置検出手段による検出結果と、前記他位置検出手段による検出結果とに基づいて前記制御を行うことによって前記所定の位置と、前記他の位置との間を前記移動部に前記往復移動を行わせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記供給制御手段は、前記移動制御モードにおいて、前記往復移動の往路における前記供給時間と、前記往復移動の復路における前記供給時間と、前記所定の距離と、前記移動方向とに基づいて前記供給時間を調整して前記制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の駆動装置。
- 請求項1から請求項4までの何れかに記載の駆動装置と、前記移動部に支持されたレンズとを備えたことを特徴とする撮像装置。
