Claims (4)
- ソレノイド部(2)と弁部(30)とを連結した電磁制御弁であって、
前記ソレノイド部(2)は、
電磁コイル(4)を内蔵した穴付き有底円筒状の導電性金属製のケース本体(3)と、
断面がL形で環状の導電性金属製のアッパープレート(6)と、
前記アッパープレート(6)と一体成形される樹脂材製コネクタ(5)と、
前記アッパープレート(6)の内部に嵌着されると共に、可動鉄心(10)が移動自在に嵌合され、固定鉄心(10)が固着される円筒状のチューブ(17)と、
を有し、
前記ケース本体(3)には、下端に、前記固定鉄心(15)と前記チューブ(17)の下端部とを同心に保持する基部(3P)と、円筒部の内周に、前記電磁コイル(4)の外周面と嵌着する内周面(3E)と、上端に、前記アッパープレート(6)との連結部(3A)と、が形成され、
前記コネクタ(5)には、前記アッパープレート(6)と結合する嵌着部(5C)が形成され、
前記アッパープレート(6)には、前記ケース本体(3)の連結部(3A)に嵌着するフランジ部(6A)と、内部に前記チューブ(17)に嵌着する嵌合面(6C)と、が形成され、
更に、前記フランジ部(6A)には、周面に前記ケース本体(3)の嵌着面(3C)と嵌着する係止面(6B)と、上面(6D)が形成され、
前記アッパープレート(6)の前記フランジ部(6A)の前記上面(6D)と前記ケース本体(3)の前記連結部(3A)と前記コネクタ(5)の嵌着部(5C)の周面(5A)との間にシール部(20)が設けられ、
前記ケース本体(3)の前記基部(3P)と前記アッパープレート(6)の前記嵌合面(6C)とにより前記チューブ(17)の両端部を同心に保持するように、前記ケース本体(3)と前記アッパープレート(6)とが前記ケース本体(3)の前記連結部(3A)で連結されることを特徴とする電磁制御弁。 - 前記ケース本体(3)の前記連結部(3A)は、内周に段面状の嵌着面(3C)と支持面(3B)とを有し、
前記支持面(3B)が前記アッパープレート(6)のフランジ部(6A)の下面に密接すると共に前記嵌着面(3C)が前記アッパープレート(6)の前記フランジ部(6A)の前記係止面(6B)に嵌着し、且つ前記連結部(3A)の端部(3D)が前記アッパープレート(6)の前記フランジ部(6A)より前記アッパープレート側へ傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁制御弁。 - 前記シール部(20)がシリコーンポッティング剤の充填により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電磁制御弁。
- 前記シール部を弾性変形の大きいゴム状弾性材により形成して前記アッパープレート(6)と前記連結部(3A)と前記コネクタ(5)との間に接着したことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2又は請求項3に記載の電磁制御弁。
