Claims (2)
- ポリオレフィン系樹脂、架橋剤、発泡剤、充填剤を含む混練物から二段発泡により得られた発泡体を圧縮して連通化したポリオレフィン系樹脂架橋発泡体からなる水処理用微生物担体であって、
密度1.3〜6.0g/cm 3 の充填剤がポリオレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して10〜50重量部含まれ、ポリオレフィン系樹脂架橋発泡体の真密度が1.03〜1.16g/cm3 であることを特徴とする水処理用微生物担体。 - ポリオレフィン系樹脂、架橋剤、発泡剤、充填剤を含む混練物を二段発泡により発泡させ、前記二段発泡により得られた発泡体を圧縮により連通化させることにより、ポリオレフィン系樹脂架橋発泡体からなる水処理用微生物担体を製造する方法であって、
前記充填剤として密度1.3〜6.0g/cm 3 の充填剤を前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂100重量部に対して10〜50重量部含み、
前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂架橋発泡体の真密度が1.03〜1.16g/cm 3 であることを特徴とする水処理用微生物担体の製造方法。
