Claims (8)
- 気筒上部略中心に配置された燃料噴射弁と、気筒上部に配置された点火プラグとを具備し、シリンダボア内の排気弁側を下降してシリンダボア内の吸気弁側を上昇するように気筒内を旋回するタンブル流を、吸気行程末期において前記燃料噴射弁によりシリンダボアの排気弁側へ向けて噴射された燃料によって強めるために、噴射燃料の大部分が、吸気行程末期の排気弁側シリンダボア壁の下側1/5の部分に向かうようにされることを特徴とする筒内噴射式火花点火内燃機関。
- 前記燃料噴射弁は部分円弧形状のスリット噴孔を有し、前記燃料噴射弁から噴射される燃料の水平断面形状は、前記タンブル流の旋回方向に平行な気筒中心垂直面に対して略対称であってシリンダボアの内側方向に湾曲する部分円弧形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の筒内噴射式火花点火内燃機関。
- 前記部分円弧形状は半円弧形状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の筒内噴射式火花点火内燃機関。
- 前記燃料噴射弁は折れ線形状のスリット噴孔を有し、前記燃料噴射弁から噴射される燃料の水平断面形状は、前記タンブル流の旋回方向に平行な気筒中心垂直面に対して略対称であってシリンダボアの内側方向に180°より小さな挟角を有する折れ線形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の筒内噴射式火花点火内燃機関。
- 前記燃料噴射弁は複数の丸孔噴孔を有し、前記燃料噴射弁から噴射される燃料の水平断面形状は、前記タンブル流の旋回方向に平行な気筒中心垂直面に対して略対称であってシリンダボアの内側方向に湾曲する部分円弧状に整列された複数の略丸形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の筒内噴射式火花点火内燃機関。
- 前記燃料噴射弁は複数の丸孔噴孔を有し、前記燃料噴射弁から噴射される燃料の水平断面形状は、前記タンブル流の旋回方向に平行な気筒中心垂直面に対して略対称であってシリンダボアの内側方向に180°より小さな挟角を有する折れ線状に整列された複数の略丸形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の筒内噴射式火花点火内燃機関。
- 前記燃料噴射弁から噴射される燃料は、噴射開始から1ms後の燃料先端が前記燃料噴射弁の噴孔から60mm以上に達する貫徹力を有し、噴射開始から2ms後において前記燃料噴射弁の噴孔から60mmの位置でのザウター平均粒径が15μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の筒内噴射式火花点火内燃機関。
- 前記燃料噴射弁から噴射される燃料は、噴射開始から1ms後の燃料先端が前記燃料噴射弁の噴孔から100mm以上に達する貫徹力を有し、噴射開始から2ms後において前記燃料噴射弁の噴孔から100mmの位置でのザウター平均粒径が9μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の筒内噴射式火花点火内燃機関。
