Claims (3)
- 超電導相を含むビスマス系酸化物超電導線材原料を金属シースに充填し、該金属シースに少なくとも1回の塑性加工および熱処理を施して、Bi2223相の比率を92%以下にする工程と、
中間圧延を行う工程と、
Bi2223相の凹凸を平滑化させるように焼結を行う工程と、を包含し、
前記Bi2223相の凹凸を平滑化させるように焼結を行う工程は、該Bi2223相の比率を98%以上にすることを特徴とする、ビスマス系酸化物超電導線材の製造方法。 - 前記Bi2223相の凹凸を平滑化させるように焼結を行う工程は、酸素分圧を6kPa〜15kPaの範囲内、温度を815℃〜835℃の範囲内の条件下で30時間〜100時間焼結を行う工程であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のビスマス系酸化物超電導線材の製造方法。
- 前記中間圧延を行う工程は、圧延前の厚みに対して10%〜25%の範囲内の圧下率で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のビスマス系酸化物超電導線材の製造方法。
