Claims (2)
- 少なくとも1つの円錐クラッチを持つ歯車変速機用同期装置であって、ボスに対して自由に回転可能な二重円錐環を、内側の摩擦環とこの摩擦環に対して軸線方向に移動可能な外側の同期環との間に持ち、この同期環が、外周に阻止歯を持ちかつ内周に摩擦面及び半径方向内方へ向く摩擦環用連行片を有する環状体を持っているものにおいて、連行片(13)が、焼結体から成る環状体(15)に結合される少なくとも1つの薄板裁断片から成る連行環(16)に設けられ、連行環(16)が、周囲にわたって分布する半径方向間隙(18)を残して環状体(15)に結合され、環状体(15)又は連行環(16)が、連行環(16)又は環状体(15)の方へ突出して環状体(15)と連行環(16)との結合に役立ちかつ間隔保持体として環状体(15)と連行環(16)との間の半径方向間隙(18)の間隙幅を決定する複数の結合突起(19)を持っていることを特徴とする、同期装置。
- 間隙幅が、周囲部分のみに設けられる接着剤層の厚さに相当していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の同期装置。
